Abstract
1. Герметично закрытая емкость, содержащая корпус, имеющий горловинную часть, и крышку из пластикового материала, которая создает в себе напряжение, когда указанная горловинная часть закрыта, и образует участок уплотнения в состоянии приложенного давления против указанного корпуса емкости посредством усилия, которое стремится снять указанное напряжение, при этом указанный участок уплотнения образует место герметизации, и при этом указанный участок уплотнения является термосваренным. ! 2. Герметично закрытая емкость по п.1, в которой на внешней стенке указанной горловинной части обеспечен кольцевой буртик, параллельный краю указанной горловинной части, при этом на краю указанной крышки выполнен кольцевой фланец, образующий с указанным буртиком участок уплотнения, а на внешней стенке указанной горловинной части обеспечен кольцевой выступающий или вогнутый участок ближе к краю указанной горловинной части, чем указанный буртик, и на внутренней стенке указанной крышки выполнен кольцевой вогнутый или выступающий участок в месте, где расстояние с фланцем на краю указанной крышки немного длиннее расстояния между кольцевым выступающим или вогнутым участком и указанным буртиком на горловинной части, при этом указанный участок уплотнения указанных фланца и буртика является термосваренным. ! 3. Герметично закрытая емкость по п.1, в которой обеспечена поверхность контакта поверхности внутренней стенки указанной крышки и края указанной горловинной части, на внешней стенке указанного горлышка выполнен кольцевой выступающий или вогнутый участок, параллельный краю указанной горловинной части, а на внутренней сте
Claims (12)
1. Герметично закрытая емкость, содержащая корпус, имеющий горловинную часть, и крышку из пластикового материала, которая создает в себе напряжение, когда указанная горловинная часть закрыта, и образует участок уплотнения в состоянии приложенного давления против указанного корпуса емкости посредством усилия, которое стремится снять указанное напряжение, при этом указанный участок уплотнения образует место герметизации, и при этом указанный участок уплотнения является термосваренным.
2. Герметично закрытая емкость по п.1, в которой на внешней стенке указанной горловинной части обеспечен кольцевой буртик, параллельный краю указанной горловинной части, при этом на краю указанной крышки выполнен кольцевой фланец, образующий с указанным буртиком участок уплотнения, а на внешней стенке указанной горловинной части обеспечен кольцевой выступающий или вогнутый участок ближе к краю указанной горловинной части, чем указанный буртик, и на внутренней стенке указанной крышки выполнен кольцевой вогнутый или выступающий участок в месте, где расстояние с фланцем на краю указанной крышки немного длиннее расстояния между кольцевым выступающим или вогнутым участком и указанным буртиком на горловинной части, при этом указанный участок уплотнения указанных фланца и буртика является термосваренным.
3. Герметично закрытая емкость по п.1, в которой обеспечена поверхность контакта поверхности внутренней стенки указанной крышки и края указанной горловинной части, на внешней стенке указанного горлышка выполнен кольцевой выступающий или вогнутый участок, параллельный краю указанной горловинной части, а на внутренней стенке указанной крышки выполнен вогнутый или выступающий участок в месте, где расстояние с указанной поверхностью контакта является немного короче, чем расстояние между краем указанной горловинной части и кольцевым выступающим или вогнутым участком, обеспеченным на горловинной части, причем указанный участок уплотнения кольцевого выступающего и вогнутого участка, обеспеченного на внешней стенке указанной горловинной части, и кольцевого вогнутого или выступающего участка, обеспеченного на внутренней стенке указанной крышки, является термосваренным.
4. Герметично закрытая емкость по п.1, в которой указанная крышка имеет изогнутый участок, который охватывает внутреннюю и внешнюю поверхности края горловинной части, причем участок уплотнения указанного изогнутого участка и указанного корпуса емкости является термосваренным.
5. Герметично закрытая емкость по любому из пп.1-4, в которой образована поверхность контакта внутренней стенки указанной крышки и края указанной горловинной части, причем указанная контактная поверхность является термосваренной.
6. Герметично закрытая емкость по любому из пп.1-4, в которой при повторной установке крышки, после ее открывания, на горловинную часть указанного корпуса емкости, указанный корпус емкости и указанная крышка соединяются вместе по участку уплотнения в такой степени, что содержимое не выливается.
7. Герметично закрытая емкость по любому из пп.1-4, в которой расстояние между термосваренным участком уплотнения и краем указанной крышки составляет 10 мм или менее, а поверхность внутренней стенки, смежная краю указанной крышки, и поверхность внешней стенки корпуса емкости разделены.
8. Герметично закрытая емкость по любому из пп.1-4, в которой указанная крышка и указанный корпус емкости выполнены из пластика.
9. Герметично закрытая емкость по любому из пп.1-4, в которой указанный участок уплотнения термосварен методом лазерной сварки.
10. Герметично закрытая емкость по любому из пп.1-4, в которой указанный участок уплотнения выполнен из поглощающего лазерное излучение материала, или на участок уплотнения нанесена поглощающая лазерное излучение краска, или на участке уплотнения расположен поглощающий лазерное излучение элемент.
11. Герметично закрытая емкость по п.9, в которой указанная крышка и указанный корпус емкости выполнены из полиэтилентерефталата.
12. Герметично закрытая емкость по п.10, в которой указанная крышка и указанный корпус емкости выполнены из полиэтилентерефталата.
