Abstract

간단한 구성으로 개전시에 적어도 패킹의 공회를 방지하고 또한 브리지가 끊어질 때 까지는 용기의 밀봉을 유지할 수 있는 합성수지제 필퍼프루프 캡이 제공된다.
본 캡은 뚜껑천판 및 이 뚜껑천판의 둘레가장자리에서 드리워지는 둘레벽으로 구성되고 용기의 개구부의 용기나사부와 나사결합하는 캡나사부가 제공되며, 복수의 브리지, 폐전시에 용기개구부를 밀봉하도록 제공된 패킹, 패킹안내부, 상기 패킹에 제공된 용기의 개구부의 내면으로 끼워넣을수 있는 환상의 내부밀봉부재 및 패킹의 상면에 형성된 공기고임부로 이루어진다.

제2도는 상기 실시예에 있어서 분해사시도,
제3도는 상기 실시예에 있어서 폐전상태를 나타내는 일부절결 사시도,
제4도는 상기 실시예에 있어서 폐전상태를 나타내는 구성설명도.

Claims (7)

  1. 뚜껑천판 및 뚜껑천판의 둘레가장자리에서 드리워지는 둘레벽으로 구성되고 그 둘레벽의 내주면에서 용기개구부의 외주면에 형성된 용기나사부와 나사결합하는 캡나사부를 갖는 뚜껑본체와, 복수의 브리지를 통하여 상기 뚜껑본체와 일체적으로 연접된 펄프프루프 밴드와, 폐전시에 상기 용기개구부를 밀봉하도록 설치된 밀봉용 패킹으로 이루어지고, 개전시에 상기 브리지가 끊어지기까지는 상기 밀봉용 패킹에 의한 상기 용기개구부의 밀봉을 유지하고 상기 브리지가 끊어지면 상기 밀봉용 패킹을 상기 용기개구부 상방으로 들어올리는 패킹안내부를 가짐과 동시에 상기 밀봉용 패킹이 상기 용기개구부의 개구내에 밀봉가능하도록 끼워넣어지는 내부밀봉부재를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 합성수지제 필퍼프루프 캡.
  2. 뚜껑천판 및 뚜껑천판의 둘레가장자리에서 드리워지는 둘레벽으로 구성되고 그 둘레벽의 내주면에서 용기개구부의 외주면에 형성된 용기나사부와 나사결합하는 캡나사부를 갖는 뚜껑본체와, 복수의 브리지를 통하여 상기 뚜껑본체와 일체적으로 연접된 펄프프루프 밴드와, 폐전시에 상기 용기개구부를 밀봉하도록 설치된 밀봉용 패킹으로 이루어지고, 개전시에 상기 브리지가 끊어지기까지는 상기 밀봉용 패킹에 의한 상기 용기개부구의 밀봉을 유지하고 상기 브리지가 끊어지면 상기 밀봉용 패킹을 상기 용기개구부 상방으로 들어올리는 패킹안내부를 가짐과 동시에 상기 밀봉용 패킹의 상면 또는 이 상면에 대향하는 상기 뚜껑천판의 하면에 형성된 공기고임부를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 합성수지제 필퍼프루프 캡.
  3. 뚜껑천판 및 뚜껑천판의 둘레가장자리에서 드리워지는 둘레벽으로 구성되고 그 둘레벽의 내주면에서 용기개구부의 외주면에 형성된 용기나사부와 나사결합하는 캡나사부를 갖는 뚜껑본체와, 복수의 브리지를 통하여 상기 뚜껑본체와 일체적으로 연접된 펄프프루프 밴드와, 폐전시에 상기 용기개구부를 밀봉하도록 설치된 밀봉용 패킹으로 이루어지고, 개전시에 상기 브리지가 끊어지기까지는 상기 밀봉용 패킹에 의한 상기 용기개구부의 밀봉을 유지하고 상기 브리지가 끊어지면 상기 밀봉용 패킹을 상기 용기개구부 상방으로 들어올리는 패킹안내부를 가짐과 동시에 상기 밀봉용 패킹이 상기 용기개구부의 개구내에 밀봉가능하도록 끼워넣어지는 내부밀봉부재를 가지고, 또한 상기 밀봉용 패킹의 상면 또는 이 상면에 대향하는 상기 뚜껑천판의 하면에 형성된 공기고임부를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 합성수지제 필퍼프루프 캡.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 패킹안내부가 뚜껑본체와 일체로 또는 별개체로 형성된 환상돌조로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 합성수지제 필퍼프루프 캡.
  5. 제1항 내지 제3항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 패킹안내부가 캡나사부의 일부인 것을 특징으로 하는 합성수지제 필퍼프루프 캡.
  6. 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 폐전시에 내용물을 밀봉한 밀봉용기내가 용기외부에 대하여 감압상태가 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 합성수지제 필퍼프루프 캡.
  7. 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 폐전시에 내용물을 밀봉한 밀봉용기내가 용기외부에 대하여 가압상태 혹은 밀봉용기내의 내압이 용기외부와 동압상태가 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 합성수지제 필퍼프루프 캡.
