Claims (22)
1. Изделие, обладающее защитой от царапания, включающее подложку, оптическое покрытие, включающее один или большее количество слоев, находящихся на подложке, и наружный защищающий от царапания слой, включающий интерметаллическое соединение, в котором указанный наружный защищающий от царапания слой обладает толщиной, равной от 1 до 5 нм, и нанесен на слой SiAlOxNy.
2. Изделие по п.1, в котором указанное интерметаллическое соединение полностью окислено.
3. Изделие по п.1, в котором указанная подложка является прозрачной подложкой.
4. Изделие по п.3, в котором указанная прозрачная подложка является стеклом с нанесенным на него оптическим покрытием.
5. Изделие по п.4, в котором указанное оптическое покрытие включает один или большее количество слоев NiCrOx, Ag и SiAlNx.
6. Изделие по п.1, в котором наружный защищающий от царапания слой не меняет спектра отражения и/или пропускания изделия в видимой или инфракрасной областях спектра.
7. Изделие по п.1, в котором указанный наружный защищающий от царапания слой обладает толщиной, равной от 2 до 5 нм.
8. Способ улучшения защиты оптических покрытий изделия от царапания, включающий нанесение на изделие оптического покрытия, включающего один или большее количество слоев, нанесение на указанное оптическое покрытие слоя, обладающего толщиной, равной 1-5 нм, включающего неокисленное интерметаллическое соединение, для образования защищающего от царапания слоя, в котором указанный защищающий от царапания слой наносят на слой SiAlOxNy, и окисление указанного интерметаллического соединения.
9. Способ по п.8, в котором указанная подложка является прозрачным изделием.
10. Способ по п.8, в котором указанная подложка является стеклом.
11. Способ по п.8, в котором указанное оптическое покрытие включает один или большее количество слоев NiCrOx, Ag и SiAlNx.
12. Способ по п.8, в котором указанный слой, включающий интерметаллическое соединение, обладает толщиной, равной 1-3 нм, и окислен путем обработки воздухом.
13. Способ по п.8, в котором указанное интерметаллическое соединение обладает теплотой образования оксида, равной менее -150 ккал/моль, и температурой плавления, превышающей 1600°С.
14. Способ по п.13, в котором указанное интерметаллическое соединение обладает теплотой образования оксида, равной менее -200 ккал/моль, и температурой плавления, превышающей 1600°С.
15. Способ по п.8, в котором указанное интерметаллическое соединение окисляется в атмосферном воздухе во в основном прозрачное состояние не позже, чем через 250 ч после осаждения интерметаллического соединения.
16. Способ по п.15, в котором указанное интерметаллическое соединение окисляется во в основном прозрачное состояние не позже, чем через 25 ч после осаждения интерметаллического соединения.
17. Способ по п.16, в котором указанное интерметаллическое соединение окисляется во в основном прозрачное состояние не позже, чем через 1 ч после осаждения интерметаллического соединения.
18. Способ по п.8, в котором указанный слой, содержащий окисленное интерметаллическое соединение, обладает толщиной, равной 2-5 нм, и указанное интерметаллическое соединение окисляется путем обработки плазмой, электрическим разрядом или ионным пучком, содержащим реакционноспособный газ.
19. Способ по п.18, в котором указанным реакционноспособным газом является кислород.
20. Изделие по п.7, в котором указанный защищающий от царапания слой обладает толщиной, равной 1-3 нм.
21. Изделие по п.1, в котором указанным интерметаллическим соединением является цирконий.
22. Способ по п.8, в котором указанным интерметаллическим соединением является цирконий.
