Claims (21)
1. Способ изготовления отвержденного на месте облицовочного материала с вывернутым наизнанку внешним непроницаемым покрытием, в котором обеспечивают наличие первого трубчатого элемента, по меньшей мере, из одного слоя пропитываемого смолой материала, а также трубки из непроницаемого материала, при этом выворачивают трубку из непроницаемого материала для оборачивания трубчатого элемента в качестве внешнего слоя посредством пропускания внешнего слоя в противоположном направлении с образованием изолированной трубчатой облицовки с внешним непроницаемым слоем, капсулирующим пропитываемый смолой материал.
2. Способ по п.1, в котором обеспечивают наличие, по меньшей мере, одного дополнительного отрезка пропитываемого смолой материала, подают дополнительно пропитываемый смолой материал вокруг первого трубчатого элемента, а также сворачивают дополнительный отрезок пропитываемого смолой материала в трубку, формуемую вокруг первого трубчатого элемента до выворачивания наизнанку трубки непроницаемого материала.
3. Способ по п.1, в котором пропитывают смолой материал посредством пропускания трубчатого элемента через резервуар со смолой.
4. Способ по п.1, в котором трубку непроницаемого материала формуют посредством соединения плоских кромок пленки до выворачивания наизнанку трубки вокруг первого трубчатого элемента.
5. Способ по п.4, в котором кромки герметизируют под действием тепла и давления.
6. Способ по п.1, в котором обеспечивают наличие трубки из непроницаемого материала посредством подачи трубчатого элемента на трубный формирователь, имеющий впускное отверстие и выходное отверстие; пропускают трубчатый элемент из пропитываемого смолой материала во впускное отверстие трубного формирователя; выворачивают наизнанку внешнюю трубку непроницаемого материала вокруг трубки из пропитываемой смолы, когда она проходит в ближайший конец трубного формирователя; удаляют обернутый трубчатый элемент при выходе его из удаленного конца трубного формирователя.
7. Способ по п.1, в котором пропитывают первый трубчатый элемент из пропитываемого смолой материала до выворачивания наизнанку внешней трубки вокруг первого трубчатого элемента.
8. Способ по п.6, в котором пропитывают первый трубчатый элемент из пропитываемого смолой материала до выворачивания наизнанку внешней трубки вокруг первого трубчатого элемента.
9. Способ изготовления отвержденного на месте облицовочного материала, содержащего объединенный внутренний непроницаемый слой и вывернутый внешний непроницаемый слой, в котором обеспечивают наличие первого герметизированного трубчатого элемента, имеющего объединенный внутренний непроницаемый слой; формируют внешний непроницаемый слой вокруг первого трубчатого элемента посредством непрерывного предоставления трубки из непроницаемого материала; выворачивают трубку из непроницаемого материала для обертывания внутреннего трубчатого элемента в качестве внешнего слоя посредством пропускания внешнего слоя в противоположном направлении с образованием обернутой изолированной трубчатой облицовки с внешним непроницаемым слоем и внутренним непроницаемым слоем.
10. Способ по п.9, в котором обеспечивают наличие, по меньшей мере, одного дополнительного отрезка пропитываемого смолой материала; при этом подают дополнительный пропитываемый смолой материал вокруг трубчатого элемента, сворачивают дополнительный отрезок пропитываемого смолой материала в трубку, формуемую вокруг первого трубчатого элемента с непроницаемым слоем на внутренней стороне.
11. Способ по п.9, в котором на стадия пропитки пропитываемого смолой материала пропускают первый внутренний трубчатый элемент через резервуар со смолой.
12. Способ по п.9, в котором обеспечивают наличие отрезка пропитываемого смолой материала, а также формуют трубку из этого материала посредством соединения плоских кромок пленки до выворачивания наизнанку трубки вокруг первого трубчатого элемента.
13. Способ по п.12, в котором кромки герметизируют под действием тепла и давления.
14. Способ по п.9, в котором подают внешний трубчатый слой на трубный формирователь, имеющий впускное отверстие и выходное отверстие, при этом пропускают трубчатый элемент во впускное отверстие трубного формирователя, выворачивают наизнанку внешнюю трубку непроницаемого материала вокруг внутренней трубки, при прохождении ее во впускное отверстие трубного формирователя, а также удаляют обернутый трубчатый элемент при выходе его из выходного отверстия удаленного конца трубного формирователя.
15. Способ по п.9, в котором пропитывают первый трубчатый элемент до выворачивания наизнанку внешней трубки вокруг первого трубчатого элемента.
16. Способ по п.14, в котором пропитывают первый трубчатый элемент до выворачивания наизнанку внешней трубки вокруг первого трубчатого элемента.
17. Устройство для обертывания отверждаемого на месте облицовочного материала вывернутой внешней непроницаемой трубчатой изоляцией, которое содержит фиксатор, предназначенный для удерживания отрезка непроницаемого материала, трубчатый профиль, имеющий открытый входной конец и открытый выпускной конец, а также узел уплотнения, предназначенный для герметизации отрезка непроницаемого материала, с образованием трубки, вокруг удаленного конца трубчатого профиля и выворачивания наизнанку трубки непроницаемого материала внутри входного конца, чтобы обернуть внутренний трубчатый элемент, втягивающее средство для вытягивания обернутого внутреннего трубчатого элемента, когда защитная изоляция выворачивается наизнанку вокруг входного конца трубчатого профиля.
18. Устройство для обертывания по п.17, в котором выпускной конец трубчатого профиля выполнен открытым в своей верхней части.
