Claims (12)
1. Композиция адсорбента, содержащая материал молекулярных сит, отличающаяся тем, что объем макропор в композиции адсорбента составляет, по меньшей мере, около 0,20 см3/г, объем мезопор составляет менее, примерно, 0,20 см3/г, и содержание материалов, состоящих из гамма-кремнезема, составляет менее, примерно, 2 вес.%.
2. Композиция адсорбента по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что объем макропор составляет, по меньшей мере, около 0,30 см3/г.
3. Композиция адсорбента по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что объем мезопор составляет менее примерно 0,15 см3/г.
4. Композиция адсорбента по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что она содержит менее примерно 2 вес.% материалов, состоящих из Al2O(3-х)(ОН)2х, где х находится в примерном интервале от 0 до 0.8.
5. Композиция адсорбента по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что объемное отношение макропор к мезопорам составляет, по меньшей мере, около 2.
6. Композиция адсорбента по п.1, дополнительно содержащая связующее.
7. Композиция адсорбента по п.6, отличающаяся тем, что связующее выбирают из группы, состоящей из глин, кремнеземов, силикатов, оксидов циркония, оксидов титана и фосфатов алюминия.
8. Композиция адсорбента по п.6, отличающаяся тем, что связующее составляет примерно до 50 вес.% от веса композиции.
9. Композиция адсорбента по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что материал молекулярных сит имеет структурный тип, выбранный из группы, состоящей из Mobil-five (Мобил-пять) (MFI), Mobil-eleven (Мобил-одиннадцать) (MEL), Mobil-twenty three (Мобил-двадцать три) (МТТ), ферриерита (FER), Edinburgh University-one (EUO), Mobil-fifty seven (Мобил-пятьдесят семь) (MFS), theta-one (тета-один) (TON), алюмофосфата-одиннадцать (AEL), new-eighty seven (нового-пятьдесят семь) (NES), Mobil-twelve (Мобил- двенадцать) (MTW) и алюмофосфата-тридцать один (АТО).
10. Композиция адсорбента по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что материал молекулярных сит является практически некисльм.
11. Способ получения композиции адсорбента, включающий
(а) формование порошка из композиции, содержащей материал молекулярных сит;
(б) приготовление водной смеси из порошка;
(в) экструзию смеси с образованием экструдата; и
(г) сушку экструдата с получением адсорбента, имеющего объем макропор, по меньшей мере, около 0,20 см3/г и объем мезопор менее примерно 0,20 см3/г.
12. Способ адсорбции, включающий
(а) контактирование смеси, содержащей изомеры ксилола, с адсорбентом, селективным к пара-ксилолу, содержащим материал молекулярных сит и связующее;
и
(б) десорбцию с адсорбента, селективного к пара-ксилолу, эффлюента, содержащего продукт, обогащенный параксилолом, причем адсорбент имеет объем макропор, по меньшей мере, около 0,20 см3/г и объем мезопор менее примерно 0,20 см3/г.
