Claims (22)
1. Хирургический инструмент, включающий: концевой рабочий орган; рукояточную часть, включающую ручку управления шарнирным вращением и схему управления стопором шарнирного вращения, функционально выполненную для выработки сигнала, стопорящего шарнирное вращение; удлиненный вал; и механизм шарнирного вращения, включающий: проксимальную каркасную часть, прикрепленную к удлиненному валу, и находящуюся в электрическом сообщении с сигналом, стопорящим шарнирное вращение, через удлиненный вал, дистальную каркасную часть, прикрепленную к концевому рабочему органу и соединенную с возможностью вращения с проксимальной каркасной частью,
привод шарнирного вращения, реагирующий на перемещение ручки управления шарнирным вращением рукояточной части, и закрепленный между проксимальной и дистальной опорными частями и функционально выполненный для осуществления шарнирного вращения между ними, и
электрический стопорный механизм шарнирного вращения с возможностью вхождения в зацепление между проксимальной и дистальной каркасными частями, для поддержания состояния шарнирного вращения рабочего органа.
2. Хирургический инструмент по п.1, в котором ручка управления шарнирным вращением включает схему, функционально выполненную для выработки электрического сигнала шарнирного вращения, причем привод шарнирного вращения включает электрический привод, реагирующий на электрический сигнал шарнирного вращения.
3. Хирургический инструмент по п.1, в котором электрический стопорный механизм шарнирного вращения включает привод из электроактивного полимера.
4. Хирургический инструмент по п.1, в котором проксимальная и дистальная каркасные части механизма шарнирного вращения скреплены с возможностью поворота, образуя поворотное шарнирное сочленение.
5. Хирургический инструмент по п.4, в котором электрический стопорный механизм шарнирного вращения включает:
стопорный элемент, прикрепленный к выбранному одному из первого и второго каркасному элементу, и смещенный при отсутствии подачи энергии в направлении другого из первого и второго каркасного элемента для вхождения в зацепление с ним; и
привод из электроактивного полимера, функционально выполненный и расположенный для преодоления смещения стопорного элемента при активации для вывода из застопоренного состояния шарнирного сочленения.
6. Хирургический инструмент по п.5, в котором электрический стопорный механизм шарнирного вращения, кроме того, включает продольно перемещаемый стопорный болт, продольно смещенный упругим элементом, и противодействующую продольную силу привода из электроактивного полимера при активации.
7. Хирургический инструмент по п.5, в котором электрический механизм шарнирного вращения, кроме того, включает поперечно перемещаемый фиксатор из электроактивного полимера, функционально выполненный и расположенный для сгибания в незастопоренное состояние при подаче энергии.
8. Хирургический инструмент по п.4, в котором удлиненный вал включает каркасный узел и узел муфты закрывания, причем шарнирное сочленение прикрепляет с возможностью поворота нижнюю губку концевого рабочего органа к дистальному концу каркасного узла, рукояточная часть функционально выполнена для продольного сообщения движения закрывания узлу муфты закрывания, и множественное поворотное шарнирное сочленение узла муфты закрывания охватывает шарнирное сочленение и дистально входит в зацепление с верхней губкой для осуществления поворота верхней губки.
9. Хирургический инструмент по п.4, в котором ручка управления шарнирным вращением включает схему, функционально выполненную для выработки электрического сигнала шарнирного вращения, причем привод шарнирного вращения включает электрический привод, реагирующий на электрический сигнал шарнирного вращения.
10. Хирургический инструмент по п.9, в котором одна выбранная из проксимальной и дистальной каркасных частей представляет собой плечо момента, прикрепленное штифтом к другой из проксимальной и дистальной каркасных частей, причем электрический привод включает пару приводов из электроактивного полимера, противодействующе закрепленные между плечом момента и другой из проксимальной и дистальной каркасных частей для осуществления шарнирного вращения.
11. Хирургический инструмент по п.1, в котором механизм шарнирного вращения, кроме того, включает гибкое шарнирное сочленение, включающее верхнюю полосу и нижнюю полосу, соединяющие дистальную и проксимальную каркасные части, и множество левых вертикальный ребер и множество правых вертикальных ребер, причем каждое ребро соединено на соответствующей боковой стороне с верхней и нижней полосами, каждое из множества левых и правых вертикальных ребер включает стопорный вырез, причем электрический стопорный механизм шарнирного вращения включает левую стопорную полосу и правую стопорную полосу, каждая из которых расположена в соответствующем левом и правом стопорном вырезе, и функционально выполнена для изменения продольной длины для расположения множества стопорных выступов, продольно совмещенными, для вставления между соседними ребрами, когда и соседние ребра, и стопорная полоса находятся в продольно расширенном состоянии для поддержания посредством этого ребер в состоянии с расширенным промежутком между ними.
12. Хирургический инструмент по п.11, в котором ручка управления шарнирным вращением включает схему, функционально выполненную для выработки электрического сигнала шарнирного вращения, причем привод шарнирного вращения включает привод из электроактивного полимера, соединенный между соседними ребрами, реагирующий на электрический сигнал шарнирного вращения, для изменения промежутка между ребрами.
13. Хирургический инструмент по п.12, в котором каждый из левого и правого приводов из электроактивного полимера включает пластинчатый привод, функционально выполненный для сгибания, по меньшей мере, в одном боковом направлении при подаче энергии.
14. Хирургический инструмент по п.12, в котором каждый из левого и правого приводов из электроактивного полимера включает, по меньшей мере, один привод из волокон электроактивного полимера, функционально выполненный для продольного сокращения при активации, причем соответствующие дистальные и проксимальные концы левого и правого приводов из волокон электроактивного полимера прикреплены к соответствующим дистальным и проксимальным концам шарнирного сочленения.
15. Хирургический инструмент по п.12, кроме того, включающий множество левых приводов из стопы электроактивного полимера, каждый из которых расположен между соседними ребрами из множества левых вертикальных ребер, и включающий множество правых приводов из стопы электроактивного полимера, каждый из которых расположен между соседними ребрами из множества правых вертикальных ребер.
16. Хирургический инструмент, включающий: удлиненный вал, включающий каркасный узел; концевой рабочий орган; поворотное шарнирное сочленение, сформированное в каркасном узле, причем каркасный узел включает дистальную каркасную часть, прикрепленную к рабочему органу, и проксимальную каркасную часть, шарнирно прикрепленную к дистальной каркасной части;
рукояточную часть, прикрепленную к проксимальному концу удлиненного вала, и функционально выполненную для избирательного сообщения запускающего электрического сигнала и выводящего из застопоренного состояния электрического сигнала удлиненному валу; привод шарнирного вращения из электроактивного полимера, расположенный в поворотном шарнирном сочленении, реагирующий на запускающий электрический сигнал для шарнирного вращения дистальной каркасной части относительно проксимальной каркасной части; и выводящий из застопоренного состояния привод из электроактивного полимера, соединенный с поворотным шарнирным сочленением, и реагирующий на размыкающий электрический сигнал, для вывода из застопоренного состояния шарнирного сочленения во время шарнирного вращения.
17. Хирургический инструмент по п.16, в котором концевой рабочий орган включает узел наложения скобок, включающее удлиненный желоб, обойму со скобками, находящуюся в зацеплении с удлиненным желобом, матрицу, шарнирно прикрепленную к удлиненному желобу, представляющую собой формирующую скобку поверхность для обоймы со скобками, причем удлиненный вал, кроме того, включает запускающий стержень, передающий движение узлу наложения скобок, для разрезания ткани, зажатой между матрицей и обоймой со скобками, для запуска обоймы со скобками для осуществления наложения скобок.
18. Хирургический инструмент по п.16, кроме того, включающий стопорный механизм шарнирного вращения, включающий: продольно перемещаемый стопорный элемент, прикрепленный к выбранной одной из проксимальной и дистальной каркасных частей и смещенный в направлении к другой из проксимальной и дистальной каркасных частей и находящийся в зацеплении с ней; и
привод для вывода из застопоренного состояния из электроактивного полимера, функционально выполненный и расположенный для преодоления смещения продольно перемещаемого стопорного элемента при активации для выведения из застопоренного состояния шарнирного сочленения.
19. Хирургический инструмент по п.18, в котором стопорный механизм шарнирного вращения, кроме того, включает зубчатый сегмент на другой из проксимальной и дистальной каркасных частей, причем продольно перемещаемый стопорный элемент включает стопорный болт, имеющий проксимальный поперечный отрезок, ограниченный внутри выреза в выбранной одной из проксимальной и дистальной каркасных частей, пружину, расположенную внутри выреза с упором в поперечный отрезок, для принуждения стопорного стержня к входу в зацепление с зубчатым сегментом, привод для вывода из застопоренного состояния из электроактивного полимера, расположенный в вырезе, и включающий выбранный один из сокращающегося привода из ЕАР, размещенный для сдвига поперечного отрезка смещением пружины, и расширяющегося привода из ЕАР, размещенный для толкания поперечным отрезком пружинного смещения при активации выводящим из застопоренного состояния электрическим сигналом.
20. Хирургический инструмент, включающий: удлиненный вал, включающий каркасное узел; концевой рабочий орган; гибкое шарнирное сочленение, сформированное в каркасном узле, причем каркасный узел включает дистальную каркасную часть, прикрепленную к концевому рабочему органу, проксимальную каркасную часть, шарнирно прикрепленную к дистальной каркасной части, причем гибкое шарнирное сочленение включает верхнюю полосу и нижнюю полосу, соединяющие дистальную и проксимальную каркасные части, и множество левых вертикальных ребер и множество правых вертикальных ребер, причем каждое ребро соединено на соответствующей боковой стороне с верхней и нижней полосами, причем каждое из множества левых и правых вертикальных ребер включает стопорный вырез;
рукояточную часть, прикрепленную к проксимальному концу удлиненного вала, и функционально выполненную для избирательного сообщения выводящего из застопоренного состояния электрического сигнала удлиненному валу;
стопорный механизм шарнирного вращения из электроактивного полимера, включающий левую стопорную полосу и правую стопорную полосу, каждая из которых расположена в соответствующем левом и правом стопорном вырезе, и функционально выполнена для изменения продольной длины для размещения множества стопорных выступов в продольном совмещении для размещения между соседними ребрами, когда и соседние ребра, и стопорная полоса находятся в продольно расширенном состоянии для поддержания, посредством этого, ребер в состоянии с расширенным промежутком между ними.
21. Хирургический инструмент по п.20, в котором рукояточная часть, кроме того, функционально выполнена для выработки электрического сигнала шарнирного вращения для удлинения вала, причем гибкое шарнирное сочленение, кроме того, включает привод шарнирного вращения из электроактивного полимера, расположенный в гибком шарнирном сочленении, реагирующем для запускающий электрический сигнал для шарнирного поворота дистальной каркасной части относительно проксимальной каркасной части.
22. Хирургический инструмент по п.21, в котором привод шарнирного вращения из электроактивного полимера, кроме того, включает выбранный один из пластинчатого привода из электроактивного полимера, функционально выполненный для сгибания, по меньшей мере, в одном боковом направлении при подаче энергии, привода из волокон электроактивного полимера, функционально выполненного для продольного сокращения при активации, причем соответствующие дистальный и проксимальный концы левых и правых приводов из волокон электроактивного полимера прикреплены к соответствующей дистальной и проксимальной каркасным частям шарнирного сочленения, и из множества левых приводов из стопы электроактивного полимера, каждый из которых расположен между соседними множественными левыми вертикальными ребрами и включает множество правых приводов из стопы электроактивного полимера, каждый из которых расположен между соседними множественными правыми вертикальными ребрами.
