Claims (4)

1. Способ получения амидного соединения из нитрильного соединения с применением микробного катализатора, где микробные клетки, имеющие нитрилгидратазную активность 50 U или выше на мг сухих клеток при температуре реакции 10°С, приводят в контакт с нитрильным соединением в водной среде без иммобилизации захватом.
2. Способ получения амидного соединения по п.1, где микробные клетки, имеющие нитрилгидратазную активность 50 U или выше на мг сухих клеток при температуре реакции 10°С, являются по меньшей мере одними из членов группы, состоящей из родов Nocardia, Corynebacterium, Bacillus, Pseudomonas, Micrococcus, Rhodococcus, Acinetobacter, Xanthobacter, Streptomyces, Rhizobium, Klebsiella, Enterobacter, Erwinia, Aeromonas, Citrobacter, Achromobacter, Agrobacterium и Pseudonocardia.
3. Способ получения амидного соединения по п.1, где микробные клетки, имеющие нитрилгидратазную активность 50 U или выше на мг сухих клеток при температуре реакции 10°С, являются трансгенными микроорганизмами, которые экспрессируют ген нитрилгидратазы по меньшей мере одного микроорганизма, выбранного из группы, состоящей из родов Nocardia, Corynebacterium, Bacillus, Pseudomonas, Micrococcus, Rhodococcus, Acinetobacter, Xanthobacter, Streptomyces, Rhizobium, Klebsiella, Enterobacter, Erwinia, Aeromonas, Citrobacter, Achromobacter, Agrobacterium и Pseudonocardia.
4. Способ получения амидного соединения по любому из пп.1 - 3, где нитрильным соединением является акрилонитрил или цианопиридин.
