Claims (4)
- 미생물 촉매를 이용하여 니트릴 화합물로부터 아미드 화합물을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 반응 온도 10 ℃에서 건조 균체 1 mg당 50 U 이상의 니트릴히드라타제 활성을 갖는 미생물 균체를 포괄 고정화하지 않고 수성 매질 중에서 니트릴 화합물과 접촉시키는 것을 특징으로 하는, 아미드 화합물의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 반응 온도 10 ℃에서 건조 균체 1 mg당 50 U 이상의 니트릴히드라타제 활성을 갖는 미생물이 노카르디아(Nocardia)속, 코리네박테리움 (Corynebacterium)속, 바실루스(Bacillus)속, 슈도모나스(Pseudomonas)속, 미크로코커스(Micrococcus)속, 로도코커스(Rhodococcus)속, 아시네토박터(Acinetobacter)속, 크산토박터(Xanthobacter)속, 스트렙토마이세스(Streptomyces)속, 리조븀 (Rhizobium)속, 클렙시엘라(Klebsiella)속, 엔테로박터(Enterobacter)속, 에르위니아(Erwinia)속, 아에로모나스(Aeromonas)속, 시트로박터(Citrobacter)속, 아크로모박터(Achromobacter)속, 아그로박테리움(Agrobacterium)속 및 슈도노카르디아 (Pseudonocardia)속의 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상인, 아미드 화합물의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 반응 온도 10 ℃에서 건조 균체 1 mg당 50 U 이상의 니트릴히드라타제 활성을 갖는 미생물이 노카르디아(Nocardia)속, 코리네박테리움 (Corynebacterium)속, 바실루스(Bacillus)속, 슈도모나스(Pseudomonas)속, 미크로코커스(Micrococcus)속, 로도코커스(Rhodococcus)속, 아시네토박터(Acinetobacter)속, 크산토박터(Xanthobacter)속, 스트렙토마이세스(Streptomyces)속, 리조븀 (Rhizobium)속, 클렙시엘라(Klebsiella)속, 엔테로박터(Enterobacter)속, 에르위니아(Erwinia)속, 아에로모나스(Aeromonas)속, 시트로박터(Citrobacter)속, 아크로모박터(Achromobacter)속, 아그로박테리움(Agrobacterium)속 및 슈도노카르디아 (Pseudonocardia)속의 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상의 미생물의 니트릴히드라타제 유전자를 발현시킨 형질 전환 미생물인, 아미드 화합물의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 니트릴 화합물이 아크릴로니트릴 또는 시아노피리딘인 아미드 화합물의 제조 방법.
