Claims (9)
1. Способ получения катализатора, пригодного для эпоксидирования олефинов в газовой фазе, включающий стадии:
выбора неорганического носителя; и
нанесения серебра и, необязательно, промотирующих веществ на носитель;
при этом нанесение осуществляют с помощью раствора для пропитки, активность водородных ионов в котором снижена, по меньшей мере, в 5 раз.
2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что активность водородных ионов в растворе для пропитки снижают при добавлении основания.
3. Способ по п.1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что активность водородных ионов в растворе для пропитки снижают в 5-1000 раз.
4. Способ по любому из пп.1-3, отличающийся тем, что используют носитель со сниженной концентрацией ионизуемых частиц, находящихся на его поверхности.
5. Способ по из п.4, отличающийся тем, что упомянутую концентрацию одной или более ионизуемых частиц на поверхности носителя снижают методом, эффективным для перевода ионизуемых частиц в ионное состояние и удаления частиц, или перевода ионизуемых частиц в нерастворимое состояние, или перевода ионизуемых частиц в стационарное состояние.
6. Способ по п.5, в котором упомянутый метод выбирают из промывания, ионного обмена, испарения, осаждения, комплексообразования и их сочетания.
7. Способ по любому из пп.1-6, включающий в себя, кроме того, нанесение одного или более промоторов, выбранных из серы, фосфора, бора, фтора, металлов из группы с IA до группы VIII, редкоземельных металлов и их сочетаний.
8. Способ по п.7, отличающийся тем, что металл из группы IA выбирают из калия, рубидия, цезия, лития, натрия и их сочетаний, металл из группы IIA, при его наличии, выбирают из магния, кальция, стронция, бария и их сочетаний, металл из группы VIIb, при его наличии, представляет собой рений, а металл из группы VIII, при его наличии, выбирают из кобальта, железа, никеля, рутения, родия, палладия и их сочетаний.
9. Способ каталитического эпоксидирования алкена кислородсодержащим газом, в котором используют катализатор, полученный по способу любого из пп.1-8, а к кислородсодержащему газу добавляют, по меньшей мере, один из оксидов азота.
