Description
1. Oblast tehnike na koju se pronalazak odnosi
Predmetni pronalazak pripada oblasti elektrotehnike t.j. osnovnim električnim elementima a konkretno se odnosina električne prekidače koji se pokreću ugaonim pomeranjem aktivirajućeg dela čija je oznaka prema međunarodnoj klasifikaciji patenata (MRP) ^MS=H9Ž(Sr.
2. Tehnički problem
Tehnički problem koji se rešava predmetnim pronalaskom je kako konstrukciono resiti prekidač koji će ugaonim pomeranjem aičice omogućiti regulisanje grejanja ili hlađenja u vozačkom prostoru.
3. Stanje tehnike
Prekidač za floridu sa ugaonim pomeranjem ručice je od štancovanih t.j presovanih limenih bakarnih provodnika koje je vrlo teško tačno pozicionirati kako bi prekidač imao zadovoljvajuću funkciju
Takođe konektovanje se ne obavlja na prekidaču, već svaki od limenih provodnika je zavaren t j zalemljen za kablove koji su ustopljeni u spojnicu t.j. konektor.
4. Suština pronalaska
Pronalazak je nova konstrukcija sa štampanim kolima. Štampana kola su zamenile postojeće pločaste bakarne provodnike koji su se pokazali nepouzdani
Pronalazak, se sastoji od štampanih kola po kojima klizi pokretni kontakt, koji se nalazi na ručici Ručica se fiksira na svakih 15°, sa okretanjem za 15° aičica zauzima novi položaj a sa tim se dobija druga brzina za ubrizgavanje vazduha. j

6. Detaljni opis pronalaska
Ručica 1 pronalaska kreće se levo i desno za ukupni ugao od 60 stepeni Pomoću ručice 1 pomeranjem desno menjaju se brzine ubrizgavanja vazduha u vozačkom prostoru. Ručica 1 preko pokretnog kontakta 3 sa oprugom 7 klizi po štampanim kolima 4 t.j. štampanoj ploči'i uspostavlja se električno kolo za odgovarajuću brzinu.
Na određenoj brzini ručica 1 je ubravljena u posebno gnezdo 8, opruga 6 naleže na bravicu 5 koja upada u odgovarajuća gnezda što omogućava ručical da zauzme odgovarajući položaj koji omogućava određenu brzinu ubrizgavanje vazduha. Svakim okretanjem ručice 1 za 15° uspostavljamo sledeću brzinu za ubrizgavanje vazduha tako što pokretni kontakt 3 spaja masu sa napajanjem preko odgovarajućeg štampanog kola na ploči 4 Opruga 7 naleže na pokretni kontakt3 i uspostavlja bolji kontakt sa štampanim kolima 4 kada se ručica pomeri za 15°
Najveća brzina ubrizgavanja vazduha je u zadnjem položaju ručice 1 gde pokretni kontakt 4 premosti štampana kola preko elektro instalacije direktno za motor ventilatora grejača. Konektovanje sa električnom instalacijomjvrši se bravljenjem na ispustu 9 od kućišta 2 preko standardnih konektora, a povezano sa štampanim kolima 4. Štampana kola je dvostruko kasirana sa metaliziranim rupama za povezivanje gornjih štampanih kola sa donjim da bi se zadovoljila strujna opterećenja.
Claims (1)
- Prekidač ventilatora grejača naznačen time da štampana kola na ploči(4) omogućavaju odgovarajuća električna kola na relaciji motor ventilatora grejača i prekidača ventilatora grejača pomoću ručice (1) koja pomeranjem za oko 15 stepeni povećava brzinu ubrizgavania vazduha, ručica (1) se pomoću opruge (6) i bravice (5) ubravljuje u odgovarajuću lokaciju gnezda (8) i tako uspostavlja odgovarajuće brzine, na ovaj način i pokretni kontakt (3) preko opruge(7jnaleže na štampana kola;'4)i uspostavlja električno kolo za odgovarajuće brzine, pokretni kontakt (3) je konstruisan da može da poveže masu sa napajanjem u vozilu preko konektora iz instalacije koji je zabravljen na ispustu (9) od kućišta (2).
