Abstract

Inventia de fata se refera la un procedeu pentru prepararea unor derivati de 6,16-dimetilcorticoide cu formula generala I : (vezi formula) în care .................. reprezinta o legatura simpla sau dubla, X reprezinta clor sau brom, Y reprezinta clor sau alcanoiloxi cu 2 sau 3 atomi de carbon, iar R1 este un radical alcoxialchil cu 2 sau 3 atomi de carbon sau alcanoil cu 2..4 atomi de carbon, prin tratarea unui compus cu formula generala II : (vezi formula) în care Y si R1 au semnificatiile de mai sus, cu N-bromusuccimida sau N-clorsucinimida în mediul de dioxan, la temperatura de 20 degreeC si în prezenta de acid percloric. Aceste substante utilizate în combinatie cu materiale de suport uzuale în combinatie cu materiale de suport uzuale în farmacia galenica pentru tratarea determatitelor de contact, eczemelor de diferite feluri, arsurilor si a altor boli de piele.
