Abstract

Inventia se refera la un procedeu de obtinere a piridazinelor substituite bazic cu formula generala I: (vezi formula) în care R1, R2 si R3 independent unul de altul reprezinta un atom de hidrogen, alchil cu 1...8 atomi de carbon, alcoxi cu 1...8 atomi de carbon, alcoxi cu 1...8 atomi de carbon, alcheniloxi cu pîna la 6 atomi de carbon. Procedeul consta în aceea ca o piridazina bazic substituita cu formula generala II: (vezi formula) în care R1, R2 si R3 sunt ca mai sus si Q este clor sau brom si Y hidrogen sau eventual un radical benzil, eventual substituit, se hidrogeneaza cu hidrogen în mediu de alcanoli inferiori, apa sau amestec alcanol-apa în prezenta unui catalizator de paladiu pe carbune sau oxid de platina, la temperatura camerei.
