Abstract

Procedeu de preparare a unor 8-metoximetilergoline si 8-metil-mercaptometilergoline cu formula generala I: (vezi formula) în care R1 reprezinta o grupa etil, n-propil sau alil, Y este un atom de oxigen sau de sulf, X reprezinta un atom de hidrogen, clor sau brom, iar linia punctata reprezinta prezenta facultativa a unei duble legaturi si consta în aceea ca se trateaza o ergolina cu formula generala II: (vezi formula) în care R1, Y si linia punctata au semnificatiile de mai sus, Q este un atom de clor, brom sau iod sau un radical de ester sulfonat ales dintre metil-, etil, -propil-, fenil-, benzil- sau tolisulfonat, cu un compus cu formula generala III: (vezi formula) în care Y are semnificatiile de mai sus si R2 este un metal alcalin sau un radical de amoniu cuaternar, reactia avînd loc în prezenta unui solvent organic ales dintre dimetilacetamida si dimetilformamida, la o temperatura între cea a camerei si reflux, în mediu de azot, sub agitare, dupa care eventual se prepara o sare acceptabila farmaceutic, în mod în sine cunoscut, iar compusii în care Y este SO2 se pot obtine din cei în care Y este S, prin oxidare.
