Abstract

Procedeu pentru prepararea unor D-6-n-propilergoline cu formula generala I: (vezi formula) în care Y reprezinta oxigen sau sulf, caracterizat prin aceea ca se aduce în reactie D-6-n-propil-8-metiloximetilergolina cu metilmercaptanat de sodiu sau metilat de sodiu, la temepartura de 25...100 degree C, în solvent ales dintre dimetilformamida, metilacetamida si dimetilsulfoxid sub atmosfera de azot, apoi produsul de reactie este, eventual, trecut sub forma de sare acceptabila farmaceutic, în mod în sine cunoscut.
