Abstract

Inventia se refera la un procedeu de preparare a unor 6-n-propil-8-metoximetilergoline sau 6-n-propil-8-metilmercapto-ergoline si consta în aceea ca au formula generala I: (vezi formula) în care Y reprezinta oxigen, sulf sau grupa SO2, X reprezinta hidrogen, clor sau brom si linia punctata reprezinta prezenta facultativa a unei duble legaturi. se hidrogeneaza o ergolina cu formula generala II: (vezi formula) în care X, Y si linia punctata au semnificatiile de mai sus cu hidrogen în prezenta de paladiu 5% pe carbune drept catalizator, la temperatura camerei si presiunea de 1,01 x 10 la puterea 6 dyn/cm2, în mediu de alcanol inferior, dupa care, eventual se prepara o sare acceptabila farmaceutic, prin metode în sine cunoscute.
