Abstract
Procedeul de obtinere a acidului guconic conform inventiei, consta în aceea ca unei solutii de cataliza i se adauga, sub agitare, o solutie de glucozoxidaza si se începe barbotarea de aer, se aduce pH-ul la 5..6 se adauga glucoza pana la obtinerea unei concentratii de 10% se mentine valoarea pH-ului nu se mai schimba, se adauga alte cantitati de glucoza, în acelasi mediu si în aceleasi conditii, pentru repetarea a 3..8 cicluri, acidul gluconic si derivatii sai obtinîndu-se în continuare, prin procedee cunoscute în domeniu.
