Abstract
Inventia se refera la un procedeu de obtinere a gluconatului de calciu tehnic, prin cultivarea submersa a microorganismului Aspergillus niger, înregistrat în colectia de microorganisme a Institutului de CErcetari Chimico-Farmaceutice sub nr.19, pe medii continând glucoza tehnica si o cantitate redusa de saruri minerale. Prelucrarea mediului de cultura fermentat si filtrat se efectueaza prin atomizare. Procedeul se realizeaza în conditii eficiente, se aplica usor si conduce la obtinerea unui randament ridicat de transformare a glucozei în gluconat de calciu. Gluconatul obtinut se utilizeaza în compozitia unor aditivi necesari în constructii speciale (foraj de mar adâncime, lucrari hidroenergetice).
