Abstract
Inventia se refera la un procedeu pentru prepararea unei solutii apoase de polizaharida, prin fermentarea aeroba a unei surse asimilabile de hidrat de carbon, în prezenta unui microorganism care produce o polizaharida de tip succino-glucon, într-un mediu nutritiv apos, în care se adauga celuloza. Solutia apoasa de polizaharida, obtinuta conform inventiei, poate fi utilizata cu succes, ca agent de îngrosare în fluidele apoase de deplasare, în operatiile de recuperare avansata a petrolului.
