제1 및 제2도는 바람직한 실시예에 따라 β-나프톨로부터 2-히드록시나프탈렌-6-카르복실산을 제조하는 다이아그램을 나타낸 것이다.
Claims (5)
- 0.6~1.5의 비중을 가지며 β-나프톨을 용해시킬 수 있으나 실질적으로 포타슘 β-나프톨레이트를 용해시킬 수 없는 반응매질을 사용함으로써 부생물 β-나프톨을 제거하면서 230~350℃의 반응 온도에서 이 반응 온도에 적합한 1~20kg2(G)의 범위내로 선택된 이산화탄소의 압력하 포타슘 β-나프톨레이트와 이산화탄소를 연속적으로 반응시킴을 특징으로 하는 2-히드록시나프탈렌-6-카르복실산의 선택적 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, β-나프톨과 알칼리성 칼륨 화합물의 반응 및/또는 이 반응에 의하여 수득된 포타슘 β-나프톨레이트의 탈수가 반응매질 존재하 수행된 다음, 포타슘 β-나프톨레이트가 반응 매질 존재하 이산화탄소와 반응함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, β-나프톨과 알칼리성 칼륨 화합물의 반응 및/또는 이 반응에 의하여 수득된 포타슘 β-나프톨레이트의 탈수가 반응매질 부재하 수행된 다음, 포타슘 β-나프톨레이트가 반응 매질 존재하 이산화탄소와 반응함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, β-나프톨과 알칼리성 칼륨 화합물의 반응 및 또는 이 반응에 의하여 수득된 포타슘 β-나프톨레이트의 탈수가 연속적으로 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, β-나프톨과 알칼리성 칼륨 화합물의 반응 및 또는 이 반응에 의하여 수득된 포타슘 β-나프톨레이트의 탈수가 배치식으로 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
