헤테로 다당류의 제법

제1도는 30℃에서 슈도모나스 NCIB11592의 배양시간 및 30℃ 및 37℃에서 균주 NCIB의 배양시간의 함수로서 희석율을 나타낸 것이다. 제2도는 슈도모나스 NCIB 11592와 균주 NCIB11883의 다당류 생성속도를 비교하여 나타낸 것이다.

Claims (13)

  1. 동화성탄화수소와 질소원의 호기성발효에 의해 수성영양배지 중에서 균주 NCIB 11883을 성장시킨 후 헤테로다당류를 회수하는 것으로 구성된 헤테로다당류의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 연속법 또는 휠앤 드로우법으로 수행되는 방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서 미생물을 상기 정의한 바와같은 화학적으로 규정된 배지내에서 이스트추출물 부재하에 성장시키는 방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서 비-탄소원영양제한조건하에서 수행되는 방법.
  5. 제1항 내지 4항중 어느 하나에서 질소원이 글루타민산나트륨, 황산암모늄 및 질산 나트륨으로 구성된 군으로 부터 선택되는 방법.
  6. 제1항 내지 5항중 어느 하나의 방법에 의해 제조된 헤테로다당류.
  7. 제6항의 헤테로다당류의 수용액중 점도개질제로서의 사용.
  8. 제6항의 헤테로다당류에 의해 농조화된 수성계.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 완료액, 탐사액, 자극액 및 시추액으로 구성된 군으로 부터 선택된 수성계.
  10. 제9항에 있어서 물과 제6항의 헤테로다당류 0.06-1.5중량%로 구성된 시추액.
  11. 물과 제6항의 헤테로 다당류 0.05-1.5중량%로 구성된 수성계를 유정(well)내 도입시키는 것으로 구성된 유정처리법.
  12. 석유강화회수(EOR)에 제6항의 헤테로 다당류로 구성된 수용액의 사용.
  13. NCIB 11883의 생물학적으로 순수한 배양물.
