Claims (13)
- 동화성탄화수소와 질소원의 호기성발효에 의해 수성영양배지 중에서 균주 NCIB 11883을 성장시킨 후 헤테로다당류를 회수하는 것으로 구성된 헤테로다당류의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 연속법 또는 휠앤 드로우법으로 수행되는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서 미생물을 상기 정의한 바와같은 화학적으로 규정된 배지내에서 이스트추출물 부재하에 성장시키는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서 비-탄소원영양제한조건하에서 수행되는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 4항중 어느 하나에서 질소원이 글루타민산나트륨, 황산암모늄 및 질산 나트륨으로 구성된 군으로 부터 선택되는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 5항중 어느 하나의 방법에 의해 제조된 헤테로다당류.
- 제6항의 헤테로다당류의 수용액중 점도개질제로서의 사용.
- 제6항의 헤테로다당류에 의해 농조화된 수성계.
- 제8항에 있어서, 완료액, 탐사액, 자극액 및 시추액으로 구성된 군으로 부터 선택된 수성계.
- 제9항에 있어서 물과 제6항의 헤테로다당류 0.06-1.5중량%로 구성된 시추액.
