크산토나스 헤테로다당류의 제법

제1도는 질소원으로 암모니아졸 사용한 규정염류 배지(1)중에서 X. 캠페스트리스 NCIB l1854(연속성)와 X. 캠페스트리스 NRRL B-1459(점선 : 위것은 중합체 아래것은 세포)에 의한 중합체 생성 및 생장을 나타낸 것이다.
제2도는 질소원으로 질산염(2)을 사용한 규정염류배지(2)내에서 X. 캠페스트리스 NCIB l1854에 의한 중합체 생성과 생장을 나타낸 것이다.
제3도는 질소원으로 글루타민산염을 사용한 규정염류 비지(3)중에서 X. 캠페스트리스 NCIB 11584(연속선)과 X. 캠페스트리스 NRRL B-1459(점선:위;중합체 아래 세포)에 의한 중합체 생성과 생장을 나타낸 것이다.

Claims (10)

  1. 등화성 탄화수소와 질소원의 호기성 발효에 의해 수성 영향배지내에서 미생물크산토모나스 캠페스 트리스(xanthomonas compestris)NCIB l1854를 생장시킨후 헤테로다당류를 회수하는 것으로 구성된 크산토모나스 헤테로다당류를 제조하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서 연속법 또는 휠앤드로우법으로 수행되는 방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서 미생물을 화학적으로 규정된 배지내에서 이스트 추출물 없이 생장시키는 방법.
  4. 제1항 내지 3항중 어느 하나에서 글루타민산염이 질소원으로 사용되는 방법.
  5. 제1항 내지 4항중 어느 하나의 방법에 의해 제조된 헤테로 다당류.
  6. 제5항의 헤테로다당류를 수용액중 점도개질제로서 사용.
  7. 물과 제5항의 헤테로 다당류 0.06-1.5중량%로 구성된 드릴링 액체(drilling fluid)
  8. 물과 제5항의 헤테로다당류 0.05-1.5중량%로 구성된 수성배지를 웰(well)내에 도입시키는 것으로 구성된 웰 처리방법.
  9. 웰을 통해 액체를 이동시키거나 제5항의 헤테로다당류로 구성된 수용액을 웰내에 주입시켜 웰과 통할 수 있는 투과성 표면하부를 생성시키는 방법.
  10. 크산토모나스 캠페스트리스 NCIB l1854의 생물학적으로 순수한 배양물.
