Invenţia se referă la derivaţi de acid pirazol dihidrobenzofuranil propenoic, antagonişti ai receptorului endotelină, care prezintă formula generală (I) : în care Z este pirazol; P este COOH sau COOR; Reste hidrogen; Reste hidrogen; Reste dihidrobenzofuranil, eventual substituit cu alcoxi inferior; Rşi Rsunt, indepenent, hidrogen, ester, OH, alcoxi, halogen; Reste independent hidrogen, OH, alcoxi, halogen; Reste alchil inferior; Reste hidrogen sau alchil, ales dintre etil, izopropil, n-butil, ciclopropilmetil sau ciclopropiletil şi sărurile acceptabile farmaceutic ale acestora, la intermediar pentru prepararea acestora, la o compoziţie farmaceutică pentru tratamentul bolilor cauzate de excesul de endotelină şi la o metodă de tratament cu asemenea compoziţie.
