DESCRIÇÃO
Sistema de conversão de energia baseado num telhado
Campo de invento 0 presente invento refere-se a um sistema de conversão de energia baseado num telhado para um edifício e, em particular, um sistema de conversão de energia renovável ou alternativa baseada num telhado.
Enquadramento do invento
Os potenciais perigos ambiental, económico e cultural provenientes da utilização de combustíveis fosseis para alimentar dispositivos de conversão de energia e sistemas tais como motores de veículos e centrais eléctricas estão bem documentados. Para reduzir ou evitar estes perigos, alguns defendem uma maior utilização da energia nuclear. No entanto, isto cria outros dilemas, no que se refere ao armazenamento seguro dos resíduos radioactivos. Além disso, as centrais nucleares têm a oposição de muitas pessoas e de governos, devido ao potencial dos seus subprodutos serem usados na construção de armas nucleares. Têm sido feitas tentativas para desenvolver centrais eléctricas com base em fontes de energia alternativa limpa e / ou sistema de conversão de energia tais como estações de energia geotérmica, parques eólicos e grandes conjuntos solares. No entanto, muitos destes sistemas estão limitados por só serem comercialmente viáveis em determinados locais 1 geográficos, e exigirem investimento de capital relativamente elevado. A patente GB 2435483 descreve uma telha de telhado solar que se destina principalmente ao aquecimento de água. A telha pode também conter uma célula fotovoltaica para gerar electricidade. A telha do telhado tem normalmente uma construção alongada, com um comprimento que é uma largura múltipla de uma telha de telhado Standard. A telha compreende um elemento de cobertura dianteira formando uma estrutura para uma janela transparente, e um furo alongado que aloja um permutador de calor tendo condutas através das quais a água pode escorrer. Uma desvantagem desta telha é o facto de a construção para montar a janela transparente na placa de cobertura ser complexa.
Na patente WO 02/101839 uma telha fotovoltaica compreende um painel exterior e uma estrutura de suporte. A estrutura de suporte é proporcionada com uma tomada e um elemento de estrutura inferior periférico. O painel exterior é acoplado por pés em ângulo que são recebidos em rasgos em buraco de fechadura abertos na estrutura de suporte. É desvantajoso que o painel exterior tenha de ser levantado para se ter acesso a tomadas eléctricas montadas na estrutura de suporte. A patente EP 1201842 mostra uma telha de telhado compreendendo uma base ou corpo principal feita em cimento e formada com um recesso para assentar um módulo fotovoltaico. O recesso é proporcionado com um outro recesso para receber uma placa de terminais proporcionada num lado inferior do módulo fotovoltaico. Uma vez que o corpo principal é feito em cimento, é dispendioso proporcionar os recessos acima mencionados, que têm de ser fabricados com muita exactidão. 2

Claims (10)

REIVINDICAÇÕES 1. Sistema de conversão de energia (10) baseado num telhado compreendendo: uma estrutura de armadura de telhado (14) e uma pluralidade de telhas de conversão de energia solar (100), cada uma das telhas de conversão de energia solar (100) compreendendo uma telha de base (112) que está fixa a pelo menos uma porção da estrutura de quadro do telhado (14) e uma ou várias telhas de cobertura fotovoltaicas (116) fixas a uma telha de base correspondente (112), no qual as telhas de base (112) estão configuradas para se encaixarem de forma hermética entre si ao longo de bordos adjacentes para formar um revestimento substancialmente impermeável à água para a porção de estrutura de telhado (14), cada telha de base tendo um superfície plana substancialmente continua (130) na qual as telhas de cobertura (116) assentam, caracterizado por uma pluralidade de prumos (122) que se estendem através da superfície (130) e que ligam as telhas de cobertura (116) à telha de base (112).

Sistema de conversão de energia (10) de acordo com a reivindicação 4, no qual a pluralidade de telhas de conversão de energia solar (100) compreende pelo menos uma telha de cobertura fotovoltaica (116) e pelo menos uma telha térmica, as telhas estando dispostas de tal forma que a pelo menos uma telha de cobertura fotovoltaica (116) está fixa em locais mais elevados na porção da estrutura de telhado (14) do que a pelo menos uma telha de cobertura térmica.
6. Sistema de conversão de energia (10) de acordo com a reivindicação 3, na qual as telhas de cobertura fotovoltaica e telhas de cobertura térmica são formadas de modo a terem as respectivas superfícies expostas que têm uma aparência substancialmente idêntica.

9. Sistema de conversão de energia (10) de acordo com qualquer uma das reivindicações 1 a 8, compreendendo ainda um sistema hidroeléctrico (200) configurado para converter a energia cinética proveniente da água que se escoa da porção do telhado em energia eléctrica.

Sistema de conversão de energia (10) de acordo com a reivindicação 9, no qual o sistema hidroeléctrico (200) compreende uma ou mais goteiras (220) e algerozes (228) e uma ou mais turbinas hidráulicas (216) no qual as goteiras (220) e os algerozes (228) estão dispostos para recolher a chuva que se escoa da porção de estrutura de armadura de telhado (14) para produzir um fluxo de água que acciona a ou cada turbina hidráulica.

Sistema de conversão de energia (10) de acordo com qualquer uma das reivindicações 1 a 10, compreendendo ainda um sistema de conversão de energia eólica (300) tendo uma ou mais turbinas eólicas (312) suportadas pela estrutura de armadura de telhado (14) que convertem a energia cinética de uma massa de ar em deslocamento em energia eléctrica. 3

Sistema de conversão de energia (10) de acordo com a reivindicação 11, no qual o sistema de conversão de energia eólica (300) compreende ainda uma cobertura (316) que cobre a ou várias turbinas eólicas (312) para criar, em conjunto com a estrutura de armadura de telhado (14), um túnel de vento (328) que dirige o ar em deslocamento para subir na estrutura de armadura de telhado (14) através da ou das várias turbinas eólicas (312) .

Sistema de conversão de energia (10) de acordo com qualquer uma das reivindicações 1 a 8, em combinação com as reivindicações 9 ou 10 e as reivindicações 11 ou 12, compreendendo ainda um sistema de gestão de energia (20) que recebe e gere a energia eléctrica proveniente da pluralidade das telhas de conversão de energia solar (100) do sistema hidroeléctrico (200) e do sistema de conversão de energia eólica (300) .

Sistema de conversão de energia de acordo com a reivindicação 13, no qual o sistema de gestão de energia (20) compreende uma ligação (30, 32) para uma grelha de alimentação de electricidade e está configurada para gerir um fluxo bidireccional de energia eléctrica entre o sistema de conversão de energia e a grelha de alimentação.

Sistema de conversão de energia (10) de acordo com as reivindicações 13 ou 14, no qual o sistema de gestão de energia (20) compreende um dispositivo de armazenamento de energia eléctrica, o sistema de gestão de energia (20) estando configurado para fornecer a energia eléctrica à 4 grelha de alimentação quando o dispositivo de armazenamento de electricidade está no estado de completamente carregado, e liga a grelha de alimentação ao dispositivo de armazenamento de electricidade quando o dispositivo de armazenamento de electricidade tem um nível de carga abaixo de um nível limite. Ambos os conjuntos de telha têm substancialmente o mesmo aspecto exterior, de modo que são visualmente indistintos quando assentes em conjunto na mesma estrutura de telhado (14). O sistema de conversão de energia (10) pode também incorporar um sistema hidroeléctrico (200) configurado para converter energia cinética da chuva que escorre da estrutura do telhado (14) em energia eléctrica, e um sistema de conversão de energia eólica (300) que converte a energia cinética do ar em movimento em energia eléctrica.
