技术领域
本发明属于发电机技术领域,具体涉及一种便于散热的漂流发电机。
背景技术
电力是人类社会所不可或缺的,也可以说是社会繁荣富强的基础。尽管随着人类的进步及社会的发展,人类正在从水力发电、火力发电向核发电上过渡,但根据各自技术力量和自然情况,到目前为止,水力发电和火力发电仍然是电力事业所不可或缺的重要力量。常见的水利发电设备大多再利用水库的高水位落差来驱动水轮机进行发电的,这种发电发生投入成本大,并不能利用水面自身的水流来进行发电,同样的水力发电相对功能单一,不利于广泛的推广和普及。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种便于散热的漂流发电机,结构设计简单合理,操作方便,制造成本低,散热效果好,功能多样,安全稳定,适用范围广,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种便于散热的漂流发电机,包括安装架,所述安装架的两端均对称焊接有两组轴套,且轴套的内部滑动穿插有立柱,所述立柱的顶端一体式焊接有挡板,且立柱的表面底端还通过螺栓活动安装有限位板,所述挡板的底部和限位板的顶部均安装有触碰开关,且挡板的顶部还安装有带GPS定位功能的无线通讯器本体,所述安装架的两侧均焊接有固定架,且固定架的内部固定安装有浮筒,所述安装架的顶部固定安装有外壳,且外壳的内部安装有发电机本体,所述外壳的顶部一侧还安装有与触碰开关电性连接的声光蜂鸣器,所述安装架的顶部位于外壳的两侧固定安装有护板,且安装架的一端还通过螺栓固定安装有过滤板,所述外壳的内部位于发电机本体的两侧分别安装有蓄电池组和吸湿盒,且护板的顶部嵌装有与蓄电池组电性连接的光伏发电板,所述外壳的内部还安装有换热盘管,且安装架底部一端固定有储水箱,所述储水箱的底部出水口设有与换热盘管一端固定连接的虹吸管,所述安装架的内部通过轴承等间距至少转动连接有六组水轮组件,且水轮组件的一端固定连接有传动齿轮,所述发电机本体的一侧连接有从动齿轮,且传动齿轮和从动齿轮的表面套接有一组传动带,所述安装架内部底端还安装有与传动带贴合连接的张紧轮组件,且安装架的内部位于水轮组件之间还设有导流板,所述外壳的顶部通过密封轴承转动连接有转轴,所述转轴的顶端固定连接有水平设置的风轮组件,且转轴的底端与发电机本体的输出端传动连接。
优选的,所述安装架的两侧中间部位还设有通过导线与蓄电池组和发电机本体电性连接的电网接线盒。
优选的,所述外壳的表面顶端镶嵌有散热翅片,且储水箱的顶部进水口位于安装架一端的水轮组件斜下方。
优选的,所述吸湿盒包括不锈钢制成的网状盒体,且吸湿盒的内部填充有吸湿海绵和硅藻泥。
优选的,所述过滤板为不锈钢制成的网状锥型格栅,且过滤板的底部一体式焊接有网状的托板。
优选的,所述张紧轮组件包括设有在安装架内壁上的滑槽,且滑槽的内部滑动连接有滑块,所述滑块的表面转动连接有与传动带贴合的张紧轮,且滑槽的内部通过滚动轴承转动连接有贯穿滑块的螺杆,所述螺杆的底端伸出安装架的底部固定连接有调节扶手。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
通过水轮组件与风轮组件同时带动发电机本体传动可以提高发电机本体的发电效率,同时护板顶部的光伏发电板配合蓄电池组可以进一步的提高该漂流发电机的发电效果,实现水力发电、风力发电和光伏发电于一体,利用水轮组件把河水送入储水箱内,配合虹吸管把河水通入换热盘管中,可以有效的利用换热盘管带走外壳内的热量,方便对发电机本体进行散热降温,同时外壳上的散热翅片也可以实现很好的散热效果,通过安装架一端的过滤板和其底部的托板可以有效的拦截阻挡水中水草或者其他杂质污染物漂到安装架底部缠绕水轮组件。

工作原理:使用时,调节张紧轮组件21的位置,实现传动带19稳定的套在多组传动齿轮18和一组从动齿轮20的表面,实现传动齿轮18与从动齿轮20的传动连接,然后把立柱3插接安装到水底使安装架1在浮筒5的作用下能够漂浮在河水表面,同时保证水轮组件17没于水面小于水轮组件17的三分之一处,水流会带着水轮组件17转动,在有风的时候风力也会带着风轮组件24转动,通过水轮组件17与风轮组件24同时带动发电机本体6传动可以提高发电机本体6的发电效率,同时护板7顶部的光伏发电板8配合蓄电池组10可以进一步的提高该漂流发电机的发电效果,实现水力发电、风力发电和光伏发电于一体,利用水轮组件17把河水送入储水箱13内,配合虹吸管14把河水通入换热盘管12中,可以有效的利用换热盘管12带走外壳9内的热量,方便对发电机本体6进行散热降温,同时外壳9上的散热翅片也可以实现很好的散热效果,通过安装架1一端的过滤板15和其底部的托板16可以有效的拦截阻挡水中水草或者其他杂质污染物漂到安装架1底部缠绕水轮组件17。

4.根据权利要求1所述的一种便于散热的漂流发电机,其特征在于:所述吸湿盒包括不锈钢制成的网状盒体,且吸湿盒的内部填充有吸湿海绵和硅藻泥。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种便于散热的漂流发电机,其特征在于:所述过滤板为不锈钢制成的网状锥型格栅,且过滤板的底部一体式焊接有网状的托板。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种便于散热的漂流发电机,其特征在于:所述张紧轮组件包括设有在安装架内壁上的滑槽,且滑槽的内部滑动连接有滑块,所述滑块的表面转动连接有与传动带贴合的张紧轮,且滑槽的内部通过滚动轴承转动连接有贯穿滑块的螺杆,所述螺杆的底端伸出安装架的底部固定连接有调节扶手。
