Butelka Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka. Istota wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie ksztalcie i ornamentyce butelki. Butelka wedlug wzoru przemyslowego posiada ponadto wykonane obwodowo cienkie rowki, umieszczonew okolo 1/4 i 2/4 jej wysokosci a takze w miejscu, w którym butelka lukowato sie zweza , jak równiez w najszerszej czesci charakterystycznego kolnierza i w miejscu jego zwezenia w kierunku szyjki. Jak uwidoczniono na fig. 2 , dno butelki ma wglebienie o ksztalcie kopuly, w której centralnej czesci wykonano dodatkowe wglebienie, od którego odchodza promieniscie owalne wypuklosci. Cechami istotnymi wzoru przemyslowego sa; ornamentyka i ksztalt butelki, która na calym swym obwodzie przy podstawie, posiada walcowe wyoblenie, powyzej którego az do okolo 2/3 wysokosci butelki, jej boczne scianki sa równolegle wzgledem siebie, po czym tworza wglebienie o lukowatym zarysie zewnetrznym, ponad którym znajduje sie uwypuklenie o ksztalcie zblizonym do walca, tworzac charakterystyczny kolnierz. Cecha istotna wzoru przemyslowego jest równiez to, ze dno butelki ma wglebienie o ksztalcie kopuly, w której centralnej czesci wykonano dodatkowe wglebienie, od którego odchodza promieniscie owalne wypuklosci.Fig.1 Fig.2Fig.1Fig.2 PLBottle. The subject of the industrial design is a bottle. The essence of the industrial design is manifested in the shape and ornamentation of the bottle. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached collective photograph and, for better illustration, in figures: Fig. 1 and Fig. 2. The figures of the subject of the industrial design show the bottle in Fig. 1 in a front view and in Fig. 2 in a perspective view. The bottle shown in Fig. 1, along its entire circumference at the base, has a characteristic cylindrical curvature. Above this, up to approximately 2/3 of the bottle's height, its side walls are parallel to each other, then form a recess with an arcuate external outline, above which is a convexity of a cylindrical shape, creating a characteristic collar. The industrial design bottle also features thin circumferential grooves, located approximately 1/4 and 2/4 of its height, as well as at the point where the bottle narrows into an arch, at the widest part of the characteristic collar, and where it narrows towards the neck. As shown in Fig. 2, the bottom of the bottle has a dome-shaped recess, with an additional recess in the central part, from which radiate oval protrusions. The essential features of the industrial design are: The ornamentation and shape of the bottle, which has a cylindrical recess along its entire circumference at the base. Above this, up to approximately two-thirds of the bottle's height, its side walls are parallel to each other, then form a recess with an arched external outline. Above this recess is a convexity of a shape similar to a cylinder, creating a characteristic collar. Another significant feature of the industrial design is that the bottom of the bottle has a dome-shaped recess, the central part of which has an additional recess, from which radiating oval protrusions extend.
