Butelka Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka. Istota wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie ksztalcie i ornamentyce butelki. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego, którym jest butelka o ksztalcie przypominajacym walec, jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym arkuszu zbiorczym oraz dla lepszego zobrazowania wzoru w figurach; fig. 1, fig. 2, fig.3 oraz fig.4 Figury przedmiotu wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiaja na fig.l i fig.2 - butelke w widoku perspektywicznym, fig 3 i fig.43 - dno butelki. Butelka uwidoczniona na fig.l oraz fig.2 ma w przekroju poprzecznym ksztalt okregu, którego promien, poczawszy od podstawy do okolo 1/2 wysokosci butelki, ulega niewielkiemu zmniejszeniu. Na tak utworzonej plaszczyznie (pobocznicy walca) wykonano charakterystyczny ornament skladajacy sie z równomiernie oddalonych od siebie, ukosnych rowków o ksztalcie zblizonym do elipsy. Powyzej ornamentu, do okolo 2/3 swej wysokosci, butelka przyjmuje równomierny, walcowy ksztalt o gladkiej powierzchni bocznej, ponad która butelka rozszerza sieku górze, po czym zweza az do szyjki, tworzac w ten sposób ksztalt zblizony do kopuly. Na zewnetrznej powierzchni kopuly wykonano kolejny ornament zlozony z równomiernie oddalonych od siebie, ukosnych rowków o ksztalcie zblizonym do elipsy. Dno butelki, jak pokazano na fig. 3 oraz. fig.4 zawiera piec hiperbolicznych wglebien. Cechami istotnymi wzoru przemyslowego sa; ornamentyka i ksztalt butelki, która ma w przekroju poprzecznym ksztalt okregu o zmiennym promieniu oraz w dolnej i górnej czesci butelki posiada charakterystyczny ornament skladajacy sie z równomiernie oddalonych od siebie, ukosnych rowków o ksztalcie zblizonym do elipsy.fig.1 fig.2 fig.3 fig.4fig.1fig.2fig.3 fig.4 PLBottle The subject of the industrial design is a bottle. The essence of the industrial design is manifested in the shape and ornamentation of the bottle. The subject of the industrial design, which is a cylinder-shaped bottle, is shown on the attached collective sheet and, for better illustration, in the figures: Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3, and Fig. 4. The figures of the subject of the industrial design show in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 a perspective view of the bottle, and Fig. 3 and Fig. 43 the bottom of the bottle. The bottle shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 has a cross-section in the shape of a circle, the radius of which decreases slightly from the base to approximately 1/2 the height of the bottle. On the surface thus created (the cylinder's side), a characteristic ornament was made, consisting of evenly spaced, diagonal grooves, roughly elliptical in shape. Above the ornament, to approximately two-thirds of its height, the bottle assumes a uniform, cylindrical shape with a smooth lateral surface, beyond which the bottle widens at the top and then narrows to the neck, thus creating a shape roughly dome-like. On the outer surface of the dome, another ornament was made, consisting of evenly spaced, diagonal grooves, roughly elliptical in shape. The bottom of the bottle, as shown in Figures 3 and 4, contains five hyperbolic recesses. The essential features of the industrial design are: ornamentation and shape of the bottle, which has a circular shape in cross-section with a variable radius and in the lower and upper parts of the bottle has a characteristic ornament consisting of evenly spaced, diagonal grooves in a shape close to an ellipse.fig.1 fig.2 fig.3 fig.4fig.1fig.2fig.3 fig.4 PL
