Butelka Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka. Istota wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w proporcjach ksztaltu oraz ksztalcie i kolorze butelki. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonej fotografii zbiorczej oraz dla lepszego zobrazowania wzoru w figurach; Fig. 1, Fig. 2 oraz Fig.3 Figury przedmiotu wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiaja oraz na Fig 1 - butelke w widoku perspektywicznym, na Fig.2 - butelke w widoku z przodu oraz na Fig.3- dno butelki. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony na fig.l oraz fig.2, ma kolisty przekrój poprzeczny i zbudowany jest z dwóch charakterystycznych czesci; korpusu i szyjki, przy czym wysokosc szyjki jest niewiele mniejsza od wysokosci korpusu. Jak uwidoczniono na Fig.l i Fig.2, w niewielkiej odleglosci ponad postawa butelki, jej boczne scianki ulegaja lukowatemu zwezeniu, po czym lagodnie rozszerzaja sie ku górze, az do momentu, gdy korpus butelki osiaga przekrój poprzeczny o promieniu równym promieniowi przekroju poprzecznego jej podstawy.Ponad korpusem butelka ulega wyraznemu lukowatemu zwezeniu, po czym dalej bardzo lagodnie zweza sie ku górze, az do jej zakonczenia gwintem. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego, jak pokazano na Fig. 3, posiada koliste dno z wyraznym wewnetrznym wtloczeniem, od którego rozchodzi sie piec, rozlozonych promieniscie rowków. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego posiada kolor brazowy. Cechami istotnymi wzoru przemyslowego sa; brazowy kolor, proporcje i ksztalt butelki, która ma kolisty przekrój poprzeczny i sklada sie z dwóch czesci; korpusu i szyjki, przy czym wysokosc szyjki jest niewiele mniejsza niz wysokosc korpusu. Cecha istotna wzoru przemyslowego jest równiez to, iz w niewielkiej odleglosci ponad postawa butelki jej boczne scianki ulegaja lukowatemu zwezeniu, po czym lagodnie rozszerzaja sie ku górze, az do momentu, gdy korpus butelki osiaga przekrój poprzeczny o promieniu równym promieniowi przekroju poprzecznego jej podstawy. The essence of the industrial design is manifested in the proportions of the shape and color of the bottle. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached collective photograph and, for better illustration, in the figures; Fig. 1, Fig. 2, and Fig. 3. The figures of the subject of the industrial design show the bottle in perspective view in Fig. 1, the bottle in front view in Fig. 2, and the bottom of the bottle in Fig. 3. The subject of the industrial design shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 has a circular cross-section and is composed of two characteristic parts: a body and a neck, with the height of the neck being slightly less than the height of the body. As shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2, a short distance above the bottle's base, its side walls narrow in an arcuate manner, then gently widen upwards until the bottle body reaches a cross-section with a radius equal to the cross-section radius of its base. Above the body, the bottle narrows significantly in an arcuate manner, then very gently narrows upwards until it terminates in a threaded thread. The industrial design, as shown in Fig. 3, has a circular bottom with a distinct internal embossment, from which five radially arranged grooves radiate. The industrial design is brown. The essential features of the industrial design are the brown color, proportions, and shape of the bottle, which has a circular cross-section and consists of two parts: the body and the neck, with the neck height being slightly less than the body height. Another significant feature of the industrial design is that, a short distance above the bottle's base, its side walls narrow in an arc-like fashion, then gently widen upwards until the bottle body reaches a cross-section with a radius equal to the cross-section radius of its base. Another significant feature is that above the body, the bottle narrows in a distinct arc-like fashion, then very gently narrows upwards until it ends with a thread.
