Butelka Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka. Istota wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie ksztalcie i ornamentyce butelki. Lewa strona butelki, poczawszy od okolo Vi jej wysokosci az do szyjki butelki, ulega lagodnemu, lukowatemu zwezeniu. Jak uwidoczniono na rys. 1 irys. 2, butelke mozna podzielic na dwie czesci, z których dolna ma ksztalt przypominajacy trapez prostokatny, natomiast górna ma z prawej strony charakterystyczne paraboliczne pofaldowanie a z lewej strony ma ksztalt lagodnego luku. Na powierzchni górnej czesci butelki wykonano trzy wglebienia w ksztalcie lezki. Jak pokazano na rys.3 i rys.4, dolna czesc butelki w widoku z boku ma hiperboliczny ksztalt, przy czym jeden bok butelki, co uwidoczniono dokladnie na rys.3, posiada charakterystycznie pofaldowana górna czesc, rozpoczynajaca sie uwypuklonym elementem o trójkatnym przekroju poprzecznym. Butelka posiada owalny przekrój poprzeczny i jak widac na rys.5, posiada równiez owalne dno z wyraznym wtloczeniem, w którym wykonano centralnie pólkoliste wglebienie. Cechami istotnymi wzoru przemyslowego sa; ornamentyka i ksztalt butelki, której dolna czesc przypomina trapez prostokatny, natomiast górna czesc z wykonanymi na jej powierzchni tloczeniami w ksztalcie lezki, ma z prawej strony charakterystyczne paraboliczne pofaldowanie a z lewej strony ma ksztalt lagodnego luku. The subject of the industrial design is a bottle. The essence of the industrial design is manifested in the shape and ornamentation of the bottle. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached collective photograph and, for better illustration, in the figures presented in Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3, Fig. 4, and Fig. 5. The figures of the subject of the industrial design show the bottle in perspective in Fig. 1, the bottle in a front view in Fig. 2, the bottle in a side view in Fig. 3 and Fig. 4, and the bottle's bottom in Fig. 5. The bottle shown in Fig. 2 widens upwards in an arc at the base, after which its opposing lateral surfaces are almost parallel to each other up to approximately its height, above which the right side of the bottle narrows in a distinct arc to form three characteristic parabolic recesses towards the neck. The left side of the bottle, starting from approximately 1/2 of its height to the neck, tapers gently into an arc-shaped tapering. As shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2, the bottle can be divided into two halves, the lower half resembling a rectangular trapezoid, while the upper half has a characteristic parabolic undulation on the right and a gentle arc on the left. The upper surface of the bottle features three teardrop-shaped depressions. As shown in Fig. 3 and Fig. 4, the lower half of the bottle, viewed from the side, has a hyperbolic shape, while one side of the bottle, as clearly shown in Fig. 3, has a characteristically corrugated upper half, beginning with a raised element with a triangular cross-section. The bottle has an oval cross-section and, as seen in Fig. 5, also has an oval bottom with a distinct embossment, which has a central semicircular recess. The essential features of the industrial design are the ornamentation and shape of the bottle, whose lower part resembles a rectangular trapezoid, while the upper part, with teardrop-shaped embossing on its surface, has a characteristic parabolic undulation on the right side and a gentle arc on the left. Another essential feature of the industrial design is that the lower part of the bottle, viewed from the side, has a hyperbolic shape, and the bottle has an oval cross-section.
