The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the product, giving the mask a new, original appearance and individual character manifested in the shape and surface properties, aimed at aesthetic and distinctive purposes. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustration in a general view. The essential features of the industrial design, a protective mask intended for use in areas exposed to bacterial and viral infections, according to the industrial design, are expressed in that it is made of cardboard and has the shape of a horizontal rectangle with rounded corners, where the two vertical sides and the bottom line of the mask are straight. The top line of the mask has two rounded recesses for the eyes, and in the middle, a gently rising and rounded section upwards for the nose. The vertical sides have holes through which elastic bands are threaded to secure the mask to the ears, giving the whole thing a distinctive look, as shown in the attached illustration.
