Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac wytworu nadajaca butelce nowy oryginalny wyglad i indywidualny charakter, który przejawia sie przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów, kolorystyki i wlasciwosci powierzchni, zmierzajacych do celów estetycznych. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonej ilustracji: fig. 1 i fig. 2, przy czym fig. 1 przedstawia butelke w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 pokazuje butelke z tylu. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Nowa postac butelki na plynne kosmetyki, zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym, wyraza sie tym, ze butelka jest w ksztalcie rury fantazyjnie powyginanej w rózne strony i lekko zwezajacej sie ku górze, która w nieregularnych odstepach dzieli ja zapadnietymi sciankami na odcinki, tworzac kolanka. Butelka ma skosne zakonczenie na górze, a zamkniecie znajduje sie na spodzie butelki zakonczonej nakretka. Butelka jest w kolorze zielonym, a nakretka w ciemniejszym kolorze zielonym. Ksztalt butelki inspiro- wany jest natura i nawiazuje do ksztaltu lodygi bambusa, przez co uzyskuje korzystne cechy wyróznia- jace, jak pokazano na zalaczonej ilustracji na fig. 1 i fig. 2. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the product giving the bottle a new original appearance and individual character, which is manifested by the features of lines, contours, shapes, colors and surface properties, aimed at aesthetic purposes. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustration: fig. 1 and fig. 2, where fig. 1 shows the bottle in a front view, fig. 2 shows the bottle from the back. Essential features of the industrial design The new form of the bottle for liquid cosmetics, in accordance with the industrial design, is expressed in the fact that the bottle is in the shape of a pipe fancifully bent in various directions and slightly narrowing upwards, which at irregular intervals divides it into sections with sunken walls, creating elbows. The bottle has a slanted top and the closure is located at the bottom of the bottle with a cap. The bottle is green and the cap is darker green. The shape of the bottle is inspired by nature and refers to the shape of a bamboo stem, which gives it advantageous distinguishing features, as shown in the attached illustration in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2.
