Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Nowa postac butelki na plynne kosmetyki, zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym, wyraza sie tym, ze ksztalt butelki inspirowany jest natura i nawiazuje do grubego, miesistego ale splaszczonego liscia aloesu, majacego na dole beczkowaty ksztalt, a na splaszczonych bocznych powierzchniach w górnej czesci wykonane sa uskoki prowadzace do zwezenia i zakonczenia butelki zaokraglonym wierzchol- kiem. Ksztalt butelki w zarysie zblizony jest do splaszczonego stozka zakonczonego zakrzywionym w jedna strone wierzcholkiem, przez co butelka uzyskuje korzystne cechy wyrózniajace. Zamkniecie butelki znajduje sie na spodzie i zakonczone jest owalna nakretka. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the product, giving the bottle a new, original appearance and individual character, manifested through the features of lines, contours, shapes, colors, and surface properties, all aimed at aesthetic purposes. The industrial design is shown in the attached illustrations: Fig. 1, Fig. 2, and Fig. 3, where Fig. 1 shows the bottle from the front, Fig. 2 shows the bottle from the side, and Fig. 3 shows the bottle from the back. Essential Features of the Industrial Design: The new form of the bottle for liquid cosmetics, in keeping with the industrial design, is expressed in that the bottle's shape is inspired by nature and alludes to a thick, fleshy, yet flattened aloe leaf, barrel-shaped at the bottom. The flattened sides of the upper section feature offsets that narrow the bottle and end with a rounded top. The bottle's outline resembles a flattened cone with a top curved in one direction, giving the bottle its distinctive features. The bottle closure is located at the bottom and is topped with an oval cap. The bottle is light green and the cap is dark green, as shown in the attached illustration: Fig. 1, Fig. 2 and Fig. 3.
