Istote wzoru zdobniczego stanowi nowe, oryginalne, kolorystyczne roz- wiazanie pojemnika i nakretki, przejawiajace sie w ukladzie lini i oryginalnej kolorystyce. Pojemnik wedlug wzoru zdobniczego, opróczwalorów uzytkowych, zmierza do osiagniecia celów estetycznych, co przejawia sie w oryginalnej kolorystyce i rozwiazaniu graficznym. Pojemnik wedlug wzoru zdobniczego zostal przedstawiony na zalaczonych fotografiach, na których fig. 1 - przedstawia stojacy pojemnik z nak- retka a fig. 2 - przedstawia trzy stojace pojemniki w róznych wybar- wieniach i zestwieniach kolorystycznych pojemników i nakretek. Pojemnik wedlug wzoru zdobniczego ma ksztalt splaszczonej, owalnej butelki o przekroju eliptycznym, której szerokosc zweza sie ku dolowi. Podstawe pojemnika stanowi plaska powierzchnia o przekroju elipsy, natomiast górna powierzchnie pojemnika stanowi plaska powierzchnia w ksztalcie elipsy i która jest polaczona z bocznymi krawedziami za po- moca luków, tworzac lagodne, zaokraglone krawadzie. Charakterystycz- na cecha pojemnika wedlug wzoru jest kolorystyczne zestwienie nakret- ki, której powierzchnia zewnetrzna ma ksztalt prostopadloscianu o przekroju zblizonym do elipsy. Calosc wedlug wzoru stanowi zawsze dwu- kolorowy lub jednokolorowy pojemnik, jak pokazano na zalaczonych foto- grafiach na fig. 1 i fig. 2. The subject of the utility model is a container in the shape of a flattened bottle, intended for liquid cosmetics. The essence of the decorative design is a new, original color solution for the container and cap, manifested in the arrangement of lines and original color scheme. The container according to the decorative design, in addition to its functional qualities, aims to achieve aesthetic goals, which is manifested in the original color scheme and graphic design. The container according to the decorative design is presented in the attached photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows a standing container with a cap, and Fig. 2 shows three standing containers in various colors and color combinations of the containers and caps. The container according to the decorative pattern is shaped like a flattened, oval bottle with an elliptical cross-section, tapering towards the bottom. The base of the container is a flat surface with an elliptical cross-section, while the upper surface is a flat, elliptical surface connected to the side edges by arcs, creating smooth, rounded edges. A characteristic feature of the container according to the pattern is the color combination of the cap, whose outer surface is a cuboid with a cross-section close to an ellipse. The entire container according to the pattern is always a two-color or single-color container, as shown in the attached photographs in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2. The container according to the pattern is intended for industrial reproduction.
