Description

Butelka Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia 12.10.2000 r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest butelka o elastycznej powloce, przeznaczona jako opakowanie plynnych srodków czystosci oraz wyrobów kosmetycznych. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac butelki, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, barwie, ukladzie linii nadajaca butelce w polaczeniu z zakretka oryginalny wyglad. Przedmiot wzoru zostal uwidoczniony na fotografiach fig. 1 - 11, które ilustruja piec wzorów zdobniczych tego samego rodzaju. Butelke zaprojektowana zgodnie z wzorem zdobniczym stanowi uwidoczniona na fig. 1-fig.3 postac wzoru butelki, pokazana na: fig.1 - w widoku z przodu, na fig. 2 - w widoku z przodu z zakretka, na fig. 3 - w widoku czesciowo z przodu/z tylu i z boku butelki. Butelka wedlug wzoru zdobniczego, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze ma ksztalt splaszczonego cylindra, utworzonego przez symetrycznie do siebie polozone sciany boczne oraz sciany czolowe i tylne, przechodzace ostrym lukiem w okragla, walcowa, wydluzona, trzyczesciowa szyjke, posiadajacaw czesci stykajacej sie z korpusem butelki pierscien okalajacy szyjke butelki, po czym pierscien przechodzi w czesc gladka szyjki butelki, która ma srednice mniejsza niz pierscien. Nad czescia gladka szyjka posiada gwint, którego zewnetrzna srednica jest równa srednicy pierscienia okalajacego szajke nad korpusem butelki. Butelka zakonczona jest dwukolorowa zakretka w ksztalcie przypominajacym grzybka o wypuklej górnej powierzchni, przy czym górna czesc zakretki ma taki sam kolor jak korpus butelki. W dolnej czesci, wzdluz calego obwodu, butelka ma uformowany wypust, zamkniety od dolu dnem o ksztalcie zblizonym do prostokata. Wszystkie linie krawedzi nakreslajacych zewnetrzny ksztalt butelki sa owalne. Butelka, pokazana na fotografiach - fig. 1-2 przedstawia butelke w kolorze zielonym, z zakretka w kolorach na górze zielonym i na dole zóltym. Butelka, pokazana na fotografiach - fig. 4-5 przedstawia butelke w kolorze rózowym, z zakretka w kolorach na górze rózowym i na dole zóltym. Butelka, pokazana na fotografiach - fig. 6-7 przedstawia butelke w kolorze niebieskim, z zakretka w kolorach na górze niebieskim i na dole bialym. Butelka, pokazana na fotografiach - fig.8-9 przedstawia butelke w kolorze zóltym, z zakretka w kolorach na górze zóltym i na dole pomaranczowym. Butelka, pokazana na fotografiach - fig. 10-11 przedstawia butelke w kolorze pomaranczowym, z zakretka w kolorach na górze pomaranczowym i na dole zóltym. PLBottle The right from registration of a decorative design has been in force since October 12, 2000. The subject of the decorative design is a bottle with a flexible coating, intended as a packaging for liquid cleaning agents and cosmetic products. The essence of the pattern is a new form of the bottle, manifested in the shape, color and arrangement of lines, giving the bottle an original look in combination with the cap. The subject of the pattern is shown in the photographs of Figs. 1-11, which illustrate five ornamental patterns of the same type. The bottle designed in accordance with the decorative pattern is the bottle pattern shown in Fig. 1-Fig. 3, shown in: Fig. 1 - in front view, in Fig. 2 - in front view of the cap, in Fig. 3 - in partial front / rear and side views of the bottle. The bottle, according to the decorative pattern, is characterized by the fact that it has the shape of a flattened cylinder, formed by side walls arranged symmetrically to each other, as well as front and rear walls, passing with a sharp arc into a round, cylindrical, elongated, tripartite neck, having a part in contact with the body of the bottle encircling the neck of the bottle, and then the ring passes into the smooth part of the neck of the bottle, which is smaller in diameter than the ring. Above its part, the smooth neck has a thread, the outer diameter of which is equal to that of the ring surrounding the neck above the body of the bottle. The bottle is finished with a mushroom-shaped two-color cap with a convex top surface, the top of the cap being the same color as the body of the bottle. In the lower part, along the entire circumference, the bottle has a shaped lip, closed from the bottom with a bottom with a shape close to a rectangle. All the lines of the edges outlining the outer shape of the bottle are oval. The bottle shown in the photos - Fig. 1-2 shows the bottle in green color, with the cap in the colors green at the top and yellow at the bottom. The bottle shown in the photos - Fig. 4-5 shows a pink bottle with a pink cap on top and a yellow bottom. The bottle shown in the photos - Fig. 6-7 shows a blue bottle with a blue top and white bottom. The bottle shown in the photos - Figs. 8-9 shows a yellow bottle with a yellow cap on top and an orange bottom cap. Claims

Protective Claims 1. A bottle consisting of a body closed at the bottom with a bottom and a cap, characterized in that it has the shape of a flattened cylinder formed by symmetrically arranged side walls and front and rear walls, sharply turning into a round, cylindrical, elongated, triple-shaped the neck, having in the part in contact with the body of the bottle, a ring surrounding the neck of the bottle, then the ring passes into the smooth part of the neck of the bottle, which has a diameter smaller than the ring, and above the smooth neck has a thread, the outer diameter of which is equal to the diameter of the neck ring above the body of the bottle, moreover, the bottle is ended with a two-color mushroom-shaped cap with a convex, upper surface, the upper part of the cap having the same color as the body of the bottle, and in the lower part, along the entire circumference, the bottle has a shaped lip, closed from the bottom with a shaped bottom close to the rectangle, and all lines the edges delineating the outer shape of the bottle are oval, as shown in the accompanying photos of Fig. 1 - Fig. 11. 1, characterized in that it is green, with the cap having the colors green at the top and yellow at the bottom, as shown in the photos in fig. 1-
