Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac wytworu nadajaca butelce nowy oryginalny wyglad i indywidualny charakter, który przejawia sie przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów, kolorystyki i wlasciwosci powierzchni, zmierzajacych do celów estetycznych. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonej ilustracji od fig. 1 do fig. 8, przy czym fig. 1 przedstawia butelke w widoku ogólnym w pierwszej odmianie, fig. 2 pokazuje butelke w drugiej odmianie, fig. 3 przedstawia butelke w trzeciej odmianie, fig. 4 pokazuje butelke w czwartej odmianie, fig. 5 przedstawia butelke w piatej odmianie, fig. 6 pokazuje butelke w szóstej odmianie, fig. 7 przedstawia butelke w siódmej odmianie i fig. 8 pokazuje butelke w ósmej odmianie. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the product, giving the bottle a new, original appearance and individual character, manifested through the characteristics of lines, contours, shapes, colors, and surface properties, aimed at aesthetic purposes. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrations from Fig. 1 to Fig. 8, where Fig. 1 shows a general view of the bottle in the first variation, Fig. 2 shows the bottle in the second variation, Fig. 3 shows the bottle in the third variation, Fig. 4 shows the bottle in the fourth variation, Fig. 5 shows the bottle in the fifth variation, Fig. 6 shows the bottle in the sixth variation, Fig. 7 shows the bottle in the seventh variation, and Fig. 8 shows the bottle in the eighth variation. Essential features of the industrial design The new form of the bottle for liquids, especially water, in accordance with the industrial design, is expressed in that the bottle, made of lightweight and durable glass for multiple use, is in the shape of an elongated cylinder tapering gently upwards and closed with an oval cap in the color of natural wood. A light blue elastic cover is stretched over the bottom of the bottle, with the inscription Ragsy in white at the bottom, as shown in the attached illustration in Fig. 1. In the second variant of the industrial design, the elastic cover is dark blue, as shown in the attached illustration in Fig. 2. In the third variant of the industrial design, the elastic cover is black, as shown in the attached illustration in Fig. 3. In the fourth variant of the industrial design, the elastic cover is grey, as shown in the attached illustration in Fig. 4. In the fifth variant of the industrial design, the elastic cover is salmon, as shown in the attached illustration in Fig. 5. In the sixth variant of the industrial design, the elastic cover is light green, as shown in the attached illustration in Fig. 6. In the seventh variant of the industrial design, the elastic cover is pink as shown in the attached illustration in fig. 7. In the eighth variant of the industrial design the flexible cover is navy blue as shown in the attached illustration in fig. 8.
