The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the product, giving the mask a new, original appearance and individual character manifested in the shape and surface properties, aimed at aesthetic and distinctive purposes. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustration showing the mask in a general view in photograph Fig. 1 and drawing Fig. 2. The essential features of the industrial design The protective mask intended for use in areas exposed to bacterial and viral infections, according to the industrial design, is made of cardboard in the form of a strip of varying widths and shapes along its entire length. The top line of the mask has rounded eye recesses on both sides and a gentle rise in the middle for the nose. The bottom line of the mask has a symmetrically tapered shape that slopes downward, covering the chin. The sides of the mask have cutouts for the ears, and the ends of the mask have two straps that form an adjustable fastener, giving the whole mask a distinctive look, as shown in the attached illustrations in Figures 1 and 2.
