Przedmiot wzoru przemys lowego jest uwidoczniony na za laczonych fotografiach, gdzie figury przedmiotu wzoru przemys lowego przedstawiaj a: fig. 1 - przedstawia butelk e w widoku z przodu fig. 2 - przedstawia butelk e w widoku z boku fig. 3 - przedstawia butelk e w widoku z drugiego boku fig. 4 - przedstawia dno butelki fig. 5, fig. 6 oraz fig. 7 - przedstawia butelk e w widoku perspektywicznym. Butelka, jak uwidoczniono na fig. 4 posiada dno, w którego centralnej czesci znajduje si e owalne wklesni ecie, w srodku którego wykonano wg lebienie przyjmuj ace posta c czaszy. Jak zobrazowano na fig. 1, w centralnej czesci szerszego boku butelki sporz adzono owalne wt loczenie, przechodz ace na jeden z w ezszych boków. Wewn atrz tak utworzonej powierzchni wyko- nano szesc, u lozonych jeden nad drugim, eliptycznych rowków, co pokazano na fig. 2. Jak uwidoczniono na fig. 3 oraz fig. 7, na jednym z w ezszych boków butelki, wykonano zacho- dz acy na powierzchni e szerszych boków butelki, charakterystyczny ornament z lozony z czterech, umieszczonych nad sob a elementów zdobniczych, z których ka zdy przedstawia wypuk la figur e geo- metryczn a przypominaj ac a elips e z zawart a w nim drug a, wypuk la elips a. Pocz awszy od do lu butelki, elementy zdobnicze ulegaj a zwi ekszeniu. Tu z ponad podstaw a butelki wykonano obwodowo rowek, natomiast u góry butelki sporz adzono kolejny rowek obejmuj acy po low e obwodu butelki. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the bottle, manifesting itself primarily in the bottle's characteristic shape and original ornamentation. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached photographs, where the figures of the subject of the industrial design are as follows: Fig. 1 - shows the bottle in a front view; Fig. 2 - shows the bottle in a side view; Fig. 3 - shows the bottle in a view from the other side; Fig. 4 - shows the bottom of the bottle; Fig. 5, Fig. 6, and Fig. 7 - shows the bottle in a perspective view. The subject of the industrial design, shown in Fig. 1 to Fig. 7, has an elliptical cross-section. The bottle, as shown in Fig. 4, has a bottom with an oval recess in its central part, in the center of which a cup-shaped depression is made. As shown in Fig. 1, an oval recess is made in the central part of the wider side of the bottle, continuing onto one of the narrower sides. Inside the surface thus created, six elliptical grooves were made, one above the other, as shown in Fig. 2. As shown in Fig. 3 and Fig. 7, on one of the narrower sides of the bottle, a characteristic ornament was made, overlapping the surface of the wider sides, consisting of four decorative elements placed one above the other, each representing a convex geometric figure resembling an ellipse with another, convex ellipse contained within it. Starting from the bottom of the bottle, the decorative elements increase. Just above the base of the bottle, a circumferential groove was made, while at the top of the bottle, another groove was made, encompassing half the circumference of the bottle. At the top, the bottle takes on the shape of a truncated cone and is finished with a threaded neck. The essential features of the industrial design are the characteristic shape and original ornamentation of the bottle, which in the central part of the wider side has an oval embossment extending to one of the narrower sides, inside which there are six elliptical grooves placed one above the other, while on one of the narrower sides there is a characteristic ornament overlapping the surface of the wider sides of the bottle, composed of four decorative elements placed one above the other, each of which represents a convex geometric figure resembling an ellipse with another convex ellipse contained within it, with the decorative elements increasing in size starting from the bottom of the bottle.
