Butelka Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka. Istota wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie ksztalcie i ornamentyce butelki. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonej fotografii zbiorczej oraz dla lepszego zobrazowania wzoru w figurach; fig. fig. 2 oraz fig.3 Figury przedmiotu wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiaja na fig.1 - butelke w widoku z przodu oraz na fig 2 - butelke w widoku z boku i na fig. 3 - dno butelki Butelka uwidoczniona na fig.l, na calym swym obwodzie przy podstawie, posiada charakterystyczne walcowe wyoblenie, powyzej którego butelka delikatnie rozszerza sie ku górze, az do okolo 2/3 swej wysokosci, po czym zweza sie ku szyjce, przyjmujac ksztalt kopuly. W miejscu, w którym butelka zaczyna sie zwezac, wykonano wtloczenie o ksztalcie zblizonym do hiperboli. W centralnej czesci wtloczenia umieszczono ornament o ksztalcie przypominajacym czterolistna koniczyne.Butelka w widoku z boku (jak pokazano na fig.2) posiada tuz przy podstawie walcowe wyoblenie, powyzej którego az do okolo 2/3 wysokosci butelki, jej boczne scianki sa równolegle wzgledem siebie, po czym lagodnie zwezaja sie ku szyjce tworzac ksztalt przypominajacy kopule. W miejscu, od którego zwezaja sie boczne scianki butelki, wykonano wtloczenie ograniczone od dolu i góry lukowata krawedzia. Butelka, jak pokazano na fig. 3, posiada owalny przekrój poprzeczny i owalne dno, w którego centralnej czesci wykonano pólkoliste wglebienie. Cechami istotnymi wzoru przemyslowego sa; ornamentyka i ksztalt butelki, która na calym swym obwodzie przy podstawie, posiada walcowe wyoblenie, natomiast w swej górnej czesci przy okolo 2/3 wysokosci, ma charakterystyczne obwodowe wglebienie, posiadajace w widoku z przodu hiperboliczny ksztalt z zawartym centralnie ornamentem przypominajacym czterolistna koniczyne, natomiast w widoku z boku ksztalt wglebienia ograniczaja lukowate krawedzie. Cecha istotna wzoru przemyslowego jest równiez to, ze posiada owalny przekrój poprzeczny a górna czesc butelki ma ksztalt kopuly.Fig. 1 Fig.2 Fig.3Fig.1Fig.2Fig.3 PLBottle. The industrial design is a bottle. The essence of the industrial design is reflected in the bottle's shape and ornamentation. The industrial design is shown in the attached collective photograph and, for better illustration, in figures; Figures 2 and 3. The figures of the industrial design show Figure 1 – a front view of the bottle; Figure 2 – a side view of the bottle; and Figure 3 – the bottom of the bottle. The bottle shown in Figure 1, along its entire circumference at the base, has a characteristic cylindrical curvature, above which the bottle gently widens upwards to approximately 2/3 of its height, after which it tapers towards the neck, taking on a dome-like shape. Where the bottle begins to taper, an embossment similar to a hyperbola has been made. In the central part of the embossment, an ornament resembling a four-leaf clover is placed. The bottle, seen from the side (as shown in Fig. 2), has a cylindrical curvature just at the base, above which, up to approximately two-thirds of the bottle's height, its side walls are parallel to each other, after which they gently taper towards the neck, creating a dome-like shape. At the point where the side walls taper, an embossment is made, bounded at the top and bottom by an arched edge. The bottle, as shown in Fig. 3, has an oval cross-section and an oval bottom, the central part of which has a semicircular recess. The essential features of the industrial design are: The ornamentation and shape of the bottle, which has a cylindrical curvature along its entire circumference at the base, while in its upper part, at approximately two-thirds of its height, it has a characteristic circumferential recess. In the front view, it has a hyperbolic shape with a central ornament resembling a four-leaf clover. In the side view, the recess shape is limited by arched edges.
