Pojemnik wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: sklada sie z korpusu z szyjka oraz nakretki.Korpus ma ksztalt zblizony do walca przewezonego lukowato powyzej czesci srodkowej. W górnej czesci korpusu umieszona jest szyjka majaca ksztalt wysokiego cylindra którego wewnetrzna srednica jest mniejsza od srednicy pojemnika, natomiast pó zewnetrznej stronie szyjki, w jej górnej czesci umieszczony jest zwój gwintu. Na szyjce usytuowana jest nakretka, przy czym na powierzchni bocznej nakretki znajduja sie regularnie rozmieszczone waskie pionowe wyzlobienia, natomiast przestrzenie pomiedzy tymi wyzlobieniami sa lukowato wypukle. W widoku z dolu w podstawie pojemnika znajduja sie dwa symetrycznie rozmieszczone lukowate wklesniecia, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonej ilustracji, fig. 1, oraz fig. 3 do fig. 9. Nastepny pojemnik wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: sklada sie z korpusu z szyjka. Korpus ma ksztalt zblizony do walca przewezonego lukowato powyzej czesci srodkowej. The novelty and individual character of the design is manifested in the features of the container's shape. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustration, in which fig. 1 shows a container in a perspective view, fig. 2 shows another container in a perspective view, fig. 3 - the container of fig. 1 in a front view, fig. 4 - the container of fig. 1 in a top view, fig. 5 - the container of fig. 1 in a bottom view, fig. 6 - the container of fig. 1 without a cap in a perspective view, fig. 7 - the container of fig. 1 without a cap in a front view, fig. 8 - the container of fig. 1 without a cap in a top view, fig. 9 - the container of fig. 1 without a cap in a bottom view, fig. 10 - the container of fig. 2 in a front view, fig. 11 - the container of fig. 2 in a top view. The industrial-design container has the following key features: it consists of a body with a neck and a cap. The body is cylindrical in shape, narrowed arch-like above the central section. The neck, shaped like a tall cylinder with an internal diameter smaller than the container, is located in the upper half of the body. A threaded thread is located on the neck, with the cap's lateral surface featuring regularly spaced, narrow vertical grooves, and the spaces between these grooves are arch-convex. In a bottom view, the base of the container has two symmetrically arranged arcuate concavities, as shown in the attached illustration, Fig. 1, and Figs. 3 to Fig. 9. The next container according to the industrial design has the following essential features: it consists of a body with a neck. The body has a shape similar to a cylinder narrowed in an arc above the central part.
