Abstract
The present utility model for a process of producing dried splitted slipmouth treated with kamias and chili that could be practiced to mass produce nutrient-rich food option for individuals having mineral and vitamins deficiencies. The process of producing dried splitted slipmouth treated with kamias and chili comprises the steps of: a. securing and collecting slipmouth fishes in a containing means; b. splitting, washing and cleaning the slipmouth fishes; c. soaking the cleaned fishes in brine solution; d. soaking the brine-treated fishes in kamias extract; e. draining the kamias-treated fishes; f. soaking the drained fishes in chili concentrate; g. drying the chili-treated fishes; and h. frying the dried fishes.
