The process of producing dried splitted slipmouth treated with kamias and bignay comprises the steps of: a. securing and collecting slipmouth fishes in a containing means; b. splitting, washing and cleaning the slipmouth fishes; c. soaking the cleaned fishes in brine solution; d. soaking the brine-treated fishes in kamias extract; e. draining the kamias-treated fishes; f. soaking the drained fishes in bignay concentrate; and g. drying the bignay-treated fishes;
