Abstract
The present utility model relates to dried splitted slipmouth treated with kamias (Averrhoa bilimbi) and ginger and the process of producing thereof that would offer a healthy food option for individuals with minerals and vitamins deficiencies which could lead to health maladies. The process of producing dried splitted slipmouth treated with kamias and ginger comprises the steps of: a. ecuring and collection slipmouth fish in containing means; b. splitting, washing, and cleaning the slipmouth fishes; c. soaking the cleaned fishes in brine solution; d. soaking the brine-treated fishes in kamias extract; e. draining the kamias-treated fishes; f. soaking the drained fishes in ginger concentrate; and g. drying the ginger-treated fishes. The product produced by the foregoing process is a dried fish treated with kamias and ginger.
