Abstract

Referida a una cepa recombinante de Streptomyces fungicidicus que comprenden uno o mas genes modificados seleccionados del grupo que consiste en un marco de lectura abierta aumentada-24 (orf24), un marco de lectura abierta disminuida-18 (orf18), y tanto una orf24 aumentada como una orf18 disminuida; en donde se obtiene una produccion mejorada de enduracidina en comparacion con la obtenida con una cepa de control de Streptomyces fungicidicus. Dicha cepa recombinante es BM38-2.24/16 y BM38-2.18pfrd-AmR. Tambien se refiere a un vector de interrupcion y un metodo para producir enduracina a partir del cultivo de la cepa recombinante
