Se refiere a compuestos de Formula I en donde: A y Cy son como se indica a continuacion. Estos compuestos son inhibidores de catepsina C y estan relacionados con el tratamiento de enfermedades relacionadas con la actividad de dipeptidil peptidasa I, por ejemplo, enfermedades respiratorias. Entre los compuestos preferidos tenemos los siguientes: (1S,2S,4R)-N-[(1S)-1-ciano-2-[2-fluoro-4-[1'-(oxetan-3-il)spiro[1H-isobenzofuran-3,4'piperidin]-5-il]fenil]etil]-3-azabiciclo[2.2.1]heptan-2-carboxamida; (1S,2S,4R)-N-[(1S)-1-ciano-2-[2-fluoro-4-[1'-(oxetan-3-il)spiro[3H-furo[3,4-c]piridin-1,4'piperidin]-6-il]fenil]etil]-3-azabiciclo[2.2.1]heptan-2-carboxamida; entre otros
