Abstract
La presente invencion se refiere a diacuerpos monovalentes biespecificos que incluyen un dominio Fc de inmunoglobulina (diacuerpos Fc monovalentes biespecificos) y se componen de tres cadenas de polipeptidos y que poseen al menos un sitio de union especifico para un epitope de CD32B y un sitio de union especifico para un epitope de CD79b (p. ej, un diacuerpo Fc monovalente biespecifico CD32B x CD79b). Los diacuerpos Fc monovalentes biespecificos del presente invento son capaces de unirse simultaneamente a CD32B y CD79b. El invento se dirige a dichas composiciones, a composiciones farmaceuticas que contienen dichos diacuerpos Fc monovalentes biespecificos y a metodos para su uso en el tratamiento de enfermedades o trastornos inflamatorios, y en particular, lupus eritematoso sistemico (SLE) y enfermedad de injerto contra huesped
