QUE COMPRENDE: a) LIXIVIAR LA MENA EN PRESENCIA DE HCl PARA FORMAR UNA SAL SOLUBLE DE METAL-CLORURO EN UNA SOLUCION DE LIXIVIACION; b) ANADIR ACIDO SULFURICO Y/O DIOXIDO DE AZUFRE A LA SOLUCION DE LIXIVIACION; c) RECUPERAR UN SULFATO DE METAL SOLIDO O UN SULFITO DE METAL DE LA SOLUCION DE LIXIVIACION; d) REGENERAR EL HCl; e) TRANSFERIR EN FORMA CONTINUA, MEDIANTE CALENTAMIENTO, POR LO MENOS UNA PORCION DE HCl EN SOLUCION HACIA UNA FASE DE VAPOR; Y, f) RECICLAR EL HCl EN LA FASE DE VAPOR A (a). (b) Y (d) SE HACEN SIMULTANEAMENTE.
