Pall for lagring og transport av gods ved hjelp av en lasteplattform understøttet av et antall parallelle understøttelser og utformet av platemetall, slik som de sistnevnte karakterisert vad at: * understøttelsene (4) er rørformede * understøttelsene og idet minste de plattformdeler som forbinder understøttelsene er utformet av en enkelt metallplate, den nedre overflaten av plattformen innbefatter et panel (6) med ribber * utkuttede hull (24 er tilveiebrakt i sideveggene til de rørformede understøttelse for passasje av gaffelen til et løftemiddel idet hvert utkuttede hull er avgrenset i det minste på oversiden av en strimmel av understøttelsessideveggen, * den nedre overflaten av plattformen (2) er tilveiebrakt med forsterkningselementer posisjonert mellom understøttelsene og plattformen ved de utkuttede hull.
