Beschreibung^
Vorrichtungen zum Heben,Stapeln und Bewegen von Gütern sind seit langem bekannt.(sogenannte Flachpaletten). Sie haben vor allem den Zweck,größere Mengen von Gebinden,Packstücken,Einzelteilen oder dergleichen als eine Bewegungseinheit zu Handhaben. Der gesamte Verladungs- und Transportablauf wird dadurch rationeller gestaltet. Im Zuge der sich laufend steigernden Mechanisierung des Transport- und Lagerungswesens werden an derartige Flachpaletten hinsichtlich Biegesteifigkeit,Verwindungssteifigkeit und konstruktiver Ausführung immer höhere Ansprüche gestellt. Andererseits geht der Trend ) aber immer mehl) dahin, möglich st verlorene Paletten einzusetzen ,um den kostenaufwendigen Rücktransport des Leergutes und die Kosten hinsichtlich Kontrolle des Palettenflusses zwischen herstellendem Betrieb und den Warenabnehmern zu vermeiden. Sinn und 16WeCk der Erfindung ist es also,eine Palette zu schaffen,die einerseits den gestellten Anforderungen genügt,andererseits aber besonders preisgünstig ist.
Bei vorliegender Entwicklung wird bei geringstem Materialeinsatz eine relativ hohe Biege- und Verwindungssteifigkeit erreicht. Es kommen Feinbleche zum Einsatz,die durch geeignete Rillungen oder geprägte Vertiefungen die notwendige Stabilität erhalten. Das gilt sowohl für die Palettenfläche an sich wie für die darunter befindlichen Kufen.
Solche aus Feinblech hergestellte Paletten haben gegenüber solchen aus anderen Materialien noch den Vorteil,daß das Müllproblem gelöst ist,da sie als Altmaterial vom Schrotthändler abgeholt werden können.

Claims (6)

Figur 1 zeigt eine Ausführung,bei der das Blech derart abgekantet ist,daß die Vertiefungen in der Palettenfläche gleichzeitig die Kufen bilden. Die Biegesteifigkeit quer zur Längsrichtung der Kufen wird durch untergeschweißte Zugbänder erreicht. Figur 2 zeigt eine Palette,deren Biegesteifigkeit in einer Richtung durch entsprechende Versteifungsrillen,in anderer Richtung durch Zugbänder an der Unterseite der Kufen erreicht wird. Die Kufen sind ebenfalls aus Feinblech hergestellt und mit entsprechenden Verstärkungsrillen versehen. Alle Teile sind durch Schweißungen miteinander verbunden. Figur 3 stellt eine Palette dar,die durch rechteckig verlaufende Verstärkungsrillen die notwendige Steifigkeit erhält. Auch hier können die Kufen durch Zugbänder miteinander verbunden sein. 1. Vorrichtung zum Heben,Stapeln und Bewegen von Gütern,dadurch gekennzeichnet ,daß sie aus mit entsprechenden Verstärkungsrillen versehenem Feinblech besteht*
2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Verstärkungsrillen in einer Richtung verlaufen und gleichzeitig die Kufen bilden.
5· Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 ,dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie aus einer Blechtafel und den darunter befindlichen Kufen "bestehtswo- ^n bei alle Teile mit in einer Richtung verlaufenden Verstärkungs- - rillen versehen sind.
4-, Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verstärkungsrillen in der Blechtafel rechteckförmig verlaufen.
5. Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 3 "bis 4 , dadurch gekennzeichnet ,daß die Blechtafel durch ein oder meherere Distanzstücke gegen die K-ufen abgestützt ist.
6. Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 5 * dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Kufen durch Zugbänder miteinander verbunden sind.
