Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Palette aus einen zusammenhängenden Blech mit einer rechteckigen Ablagefläche für Ziegelsteine, die an sich gegenüberliegenden Längskanten Stützprofile aufweist, wobei jedes Stützprofil gedoppelt ist, und zwar übsr seine gesamte Schenkelbreite nach innen umgebogen ist
Eine derartige Palette ist aus dem DE-GM 16 84 412 bekannt Hierbei besteht die Palette aus einem zusammenhängenden Blech mit Stützprofilen und umgebogenen Längikanten als Verstärkung. Die Verstärkung liegt zum größten TeJLoberhr'b der Ablagefläche der Palette, so daß bei Belastung durch die Gewichte der Ziegelsteine auf die obe-e Verstärkung die wegen ihrer Knickwirkung besonders ungünstigen Druckspannungen wirken und auf den großen Querschnitt der Ablagefläche nur geringe Zugspannungen wirken, so daß das Material der Ablagefläche in bezug auf eine biegefeste Gestaltung der Palette nur sehr schlecht genutzt wurde. Eine solche Palette läßt sich nur durch die Verwendung von relativ dickem und somit schwerem Material ausreichend biegefest gestalten.
Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Palette der eingangs genannten Art so zu verbessern, daß sie im Gewicht extrem leicht bei hoher Biegesteifigkeit ist, die einfach herzustellen ist und deren unterhalb der Ablagefläche liegende Blechseite bis an die Längskanten ragend glatt gestaltet ist
Zur Lösung dieser Aufgabe ist gemäß der Erfindung vorgesehen, daß das gedoppelte Stützprofil annähernd senkrecht nach unten und an der unteren Kante nach innen waagerecht verläuft und daß die aneinanderliegenden Bleche des Stützprofiles an einigen Stellen punktförmig miteinander verschweißt sind.

Entfernung von der Schwerpunktachse erhebliche Kräfte aufnehmen können.
Die Biegesteifigkeit der Palette wird noch vergrößert, weil die aneinanderliegenden Bleche des Stützprofiles an einigen Stellen durch punktrormige Schweißnähte miteinander verbunden sind.
Ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung ist in der Zeichnung dargestellt und wird im folgenden näher beschrieben:

Die rechteckige Ablagefläche 17 der Palette wird an den Längsseiten durch die Stützprofile 11 und 12 begrenzt Diese Stützprofile bestehen zusammen mit der Ablagefläche 17 aus einem Stück.
Das waagerechte Blech der Standfläche des Stützpro-
files ist verlängert und an der Kante 16 um 180° gebogen. Die Verlängerung schmiegt sich an der inneren Fläche des Stützfußes 11 oder 12 an und ist oben auch umgebogen, so daß auch die Ablagefläche 17 im
Randbereich unterstützt ist Der besondere Vorteil der Stützfüße U, 12, besteht darin, daß sie leicht hergestellt
werden können und keine teuren Schweißnähte benötigt werden. Eine zusätzliche Erhöhung der
Biegesteifigkeit wird erreicht, wenn die Bleche 13 und IS an einigen Stellen durch punktförmige Schweißnähte
14 verbunden sind. Solche wenigen punktförmigen
Schweißnähte sind relativ einfach herzustellen. Hierzu 1 Blatt Zeichnungen

Claims (1)

  1. Patentanspruch:
    Palette aus einem zusammenhängenden Blech mit einer rechteckigen Ablagefläche für Ziegelsteine, die an sich gegenüberliegenden Längskanten Stützprofile aufweist, wobei jedes Stützprofil gedoppelt ist, und zwar über seine gesamte Schenkelbreite nach innen umgebogen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das gedoppelte Stützprofil (11, 12) annähernd senkrecht nach unten und an der unteren Kante nach innen waagerechnet verläuft und daß die aneinanderliegenden Bleche (13,15) des Stützprofiles (11, 12) an einigen Stellen (14) punktförmig miteinander verschweißt sind.
