Abstract
Det beskrives en fremgangsmåte for fremstilling av selvbindende pigmentærpartikler, tørre eller i vandig suspensjon eller dispersjon, inneholdende minst et uorganisk materiale og minst et bindemiddel, der prosessen omfatter følgende trinn: a) å tildanne en eller flere vandige suspensjoner av minst et uorganisk materiale og innføring av disse i en mølle med henblikk på trinn c); b) å tildanne eller tilveiebringe en eller flere vandige oppløsninger eller suspensjoner eller emulsjoner av minst et bindemiddel og innføring av disse i en mølle med henblikk på trinn c); c) ko-oppmaling av den vandige suspensjonen eller suspensjonene som oppnås i trinn a) med den eller de vandige oppløsninger eller suspensjoner eller emulsjoner som oppnås i trinn b) for derved å oppnå en vandig suspensjon av selvbindende pigmentærpartikler; d) eventuelt ko-oppmaling av den vandige suspensjon eller dispersjon oppnådd i trinn c) med en eller flere vandige oppløsninger eller suspensjoner eller emulsjoner av minst et bindemiddel; e) eventuelt tørking av den vandige suspensjonen som oppnådd i trinn c) eller i trinn d); f) å øke konsentrasjonen av den vandige suspensjonen oppnådd i trinn c) eller d) ved termisk eller mekanisk konsentrasjon; g) dispergering av den vandige suspensjon oppnådd i trinn f) ved bruk av minst et dispergeringsmiddel og/eller minst et fuktemiddel.
