Inkontinente pasienter av hannkjønn kan behandles på et antall måter. Disse anord-ninger bæres både dag og natt, og er vanligvis forbundet med et urlnoppsamllngssystem for å hindre at ubehagelige til-stander opptrer, slik som våthet, sårhet, lukt eller infeksjon.

Det er uhyre viktig at det penile hylster ikke sklir av penis, ettersom der ellers ville bli en lekkasje av urin som ikke kan oppdages over en viss tid, særlig når hylsteret bæres om natten.
Vanskeligheter kan oppstå med på riktig måte å anbringe det penile hylster på penis for derved å hindre hylsteret i å falle av. Disse vanskeligheter forsterkes på grunn av den elastiske natur som hylsteret har, hvilket gjør det vanskelig å anbringe.

Et viktig trekk ved f6ringssliren 6 er at friksjonskoeff1-sienten mellom f6ringssliren 6 og applikatorhuset 2 er mindre enn friksjonskoeffisienten mellom det penile hylster 10 og f6ringssliren 6. Dette sikrer at når applikatorhuset 2 påføres penis, vil fSringssliren 6 avrulles fra applikatorhuset 2 for derved å avrulle den tilbakebrettede regionen av hylsteret 10 på pasientens penis.
Det skal forstås at et hvilket som helst egnet antall av åpninger 16 kan dannes i applikatorhuset 2.
Claims (6)
1.
Hylsterapplikatorenhet omfattende et applikatorhus (2) dimensjonert til å inneholde et hylster av typen penilt hylster, tubulær anordning eller kondom, og å plassere hylsteret på en pasients penis, en fleksibel f6ringsslire (6) som er plassert 1 applikatorhuset (2) med en åpen ende av f6ringssliren (6) plassert ved en åpen ende av applikatorhuset (2), et hylster (10) plassert i fSringssliren (6) med en åpen ende ved den åpne enden av f6ringssliren (6), og hvor den åpne enderegionen av fSringssliren (6) er brettet tilbake over det utvendige av den åpne enderegionen av applikatorhuset (2), og den åpne enderegionen av hylsteret (10) er brettet tilbake over den tilbakebrettede delen av f6rings-sliren (6),karakterisert ved at f6rings-sllren (6) er festet til applikatorhuset (2) ved en region som er fjerntliggende fra nevnte åpne ende av applikatorhuset for å hindre at nevnte fSrlngsslire (6) beveger seg som et hele relativt nevnte applikatorhus, og at applikatorhuset omfatter et par diametralt motstående åpninger (16) som setter ffiringssliren og hylsteret istand til å bli grepet.
